The service was a bit slow, but the coffee was good, consistent with their standards. Given it was a busy time, the delay was understandable. Other than that, the location is just as good as any other.

This is my favorite location for a Caribou Coffee stop? The seating is great, especially near the fireplace on a cool fall day. The service is fast, good price, tasty, and wait staff is always friendly. Tried the French Toast Sandwich and it was delicious . Great place to do computer work.

Super cute branch of Caribou Coffee conveniently located next to the lake and Whole Foods. I’ve been coming here since high school! Service is always great as are the seasonal crafted presses. Extra points for the cozy fireplace, which is so nice for cold weather coffee breaks (like today’s 25 degree F weather). There’s a huge range of seating (tables, high tops, armchairs, and half-booths) with readily available outlets at almost every seat. Bathrooms are available only for customers and do require a code. Everyone was happy and smiling in here today on Thanksgiving – thanks Caribou! ❄️☕️

Overall, great place…Customer service, quality, everything. But, consistently have items that aren’t full. For example…this is how my cold crafted press has come 2x now. Only about 3/4 full.

Super passive aggressive employees/service. Been here a couple of times now, I will place my order at the register and then something gets lost in between the register and who prepares the drink. The person that prepares the drink didn’t hear the order themselves and makes it incorrectly and then the person behind the counter who gives me my drink is highly upset at me for getting the order wrong. You don’t have to say one word to show your anger. I wasn’t alone either, the person with me could pick you up on this very loud and very rude energy as well. Won’t bother returning to this location, don’t love your job? Cool. Find something else to do. Not working with people to take your stressors out on.
