We found this place for the first time since it’s been open but we don’t get out much. It was delicious. The service was wonderful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was just fine for me. I mean it wasn’t fancy but it was small and a lot of people coming in and out so you know the food was good. Seem like they’re mostly a takeout place but they do have like four or five tables in there too

Walking in all seemed fine. The bag was sealed and ready to pick up, and the building seemed clean. Then it was all bad. Fries were soggy and not good seasoning, but the wings were a joke. Over $30 for 2 meals and the 10 piece boneless wings were 4 boneless and 6 scraps. I would have gotten better chicken from McDonald’s chicken nuggets. I contacted the corporation, and a local manager was supposed to contact me. Still nothing. They offered me a gift cad for more than I spent. I said, “How about a refund because I won’t be using a gift card there. No contact since then. They don’t care, and management obviously has no idea and let’s quality slip. Won’t spent any more money there. The picture is how my wings were when opened. Didn’t eat any, only spread them out for a picture. It’s not even close to worth what I paid.

So my boyfriend and I visit this location frequently and we are usually pretty satisfied but this most recent was disappointing minus the sweet lady that took our order. She was the best part of the entire visit so thank you Dominique! In the process of making orders, a gentleman not working was in the food area not wearing a hair net or any type of head covering. One employee was not wearing gloves as he was preparing food.
The chicken on the sandwich was very much over seasoned as well the fries also being over seasoned. I completely understand that closing time is at midnight but please don’t rush a customer’s order because you just want to get us out of the way. Please do better next time.

My mom and I order here relatively often, but 2 of the last 3 times we’ve ordered they’ve been getting her order wrong and giving her regular hot wings instead of cajun. I don’t even understand how that can be an issue since one is wet and one is a rub. They need to pay more attention.

For a business that has only been open a short period of time I expected better. The nastiness of the drink machine is repulsive. I can only imagine what the things look like that customers can’t see if there is an inch of dust and syrup built up on the drink machines. I didn’t even want my cup touching it. Disgusting.

Tonight was my first time going their. The employees are rude. I ordered the 30 piece boneless with voodoo fries and 10 more boneless on the side I waited over 30 minutes for the whole order to be wrong. And then the employees behind the counter were laughing That the order was wrong. But I will say the manager tonight was very nice about it and fixed it for me but I do not appreciate thoes employees just laughing about my order being wrong and on top of that when they fixed it the second time they tossed my food on the counter and it almost slid off.

My fiance and I went there for the 1st time on Saturday and the service was great only to end up with food poisoning. We have been so sick the past couple days from the food. Was a waste of 40 dollars. Definitely do not recommend.
