These guys are constantly slow, even when not busy, they always seem to get my orders wrong, and this am they left paper in my sandwich. Won’t be going back after that.

This Dunkin was only OK. I don’t expect much ,regarding service but this is the first time the manager seemed to be annoyed about the staff forgetting food we ordered through the Drive Thru! AND, after they apologized for having us return to correct thier errors, they still forgot an item. I’ve never given this type of rating and I don’t take it lightly. One employee who came out to give us the order, was very nice, even though the order was incomplete.

I’ve been going here my whole life and suddenly the place feels 10X worse between some of the employees doing nothing and then them doing it wrong when they do something. I also always order around 5-10 minutes before I get there and it’s not done right. The one down the street I order in the drive thru and it’s done before I’m at the window. THIS PLACE SUCKS NOW. And to top it off they can’t even make a Coolatta right

Deanna and Regina are THE best !! Always friendly and helpful . I just moved to the area a few months ago they already know my drink and always start making it when I come in ,they make it exactly how I like it I never have to ask for more to be added or less they actually listen to your order these girls are great and super friendly I make sure to visit this Dunkin donuts when I know they will be working !

So I always pre-order on the app to get my points and rewards but with this dunkin I am truly starting to think they don’t put my shot of espresso in the dunkin midnight that I pay for. Come on people, if a person orders an xl black Dunkin Midnight with a shot of espresso chances are they know and like coffee and can tell your leaving out the espresso!

The only reason I put one star is because of the one woman who was working today. I came in the afternoon. The other employee must have had her daughter with her. All I heard was her yelling and carrying on in the back. Then she came up front. It was very unnerving to see a young child without a mask also behind the counter. I thought I was in a Dunkin not a day care.
