Manager was rude and more focused on the phone than the customers. People who ordered after me got their food first. When I asked, I was told my sandwich was “being made,” dissmissed- but it wasn’t. Stopped in at 2 pm in the afternoon. One other person was in the store. I ordered a wrap that took 15-20 minutes to make (no clue why—workers were doing other tasks or just standing there) and the wrap was ripped/torn open so all of the food fell out in the wrapper. Ordered a wrap, a normal meal i order. When i went to open it to eat it, there was piece of someones GLOVE inside the wrap. Called the store to let them know, didnt seem like they cared / offered a new sandwich like i would really want that after already receiving contaminated food. Absolutely disgusting. The only reason one goes to jimmy John’s is for the expediency. I they sure don’t have the best sandwiches or service. Hell, they’ll take your order (if you can even get an employee to take your order) and then make the three sandwiches for the order behind you but not yours. What a terrible business. Will be driving past this one to go to a different one.

This is by far the worst Jimmy John’s in the area. The workers are rude and the food is FAR from ‘freaky fast’. Waited over an hour and a half for a sandwich. When I called to check the status of my order the person who answered the phone was rude and acted like I was bothering them. Don’t advertise as ‘freaky fast’ and then take almost 2 hours to deliver. Shameful. I keep trying to give jimmy John’s a chance, but at this point I won’t spend money at any of their locations.

Even when I order online and come 15 minutes later, my order isn’t ready. Im sitting in here RIGHT NOW waiting and just watched 2 people with food safety gloves touch the register screen on their side and then go right back to touching food without changing gloves. The team looks unorganized. They called someone up to take over register while an older woman was having trouble with the POS system. A guy came from the back, just stood there as someone with gloves on that had his hands on sandwich touched the screen and then touched the food again without changing a glove, and then the guy they called up that just stood there went right back to the back as if they didn’t need assistance.

I was planning on buying a sandwich but the guy making the sandwiches was blowing his nose and not washing his hands so all I bought was a cookie due to the unsanitary practices. Then upon asking for the wifi password, they refused to give it to me and said they have no wifi.

I order from this Jimmy John’s on a regular basis and my orders take no less than 35 mins to arrive each time. I’ve also received incorrect items here and there. I’m not sure what Jimmy John’s considers freaky fast but I can get a DoorDash order from other places faster than this.

Spent close to $30 for 2 sandwiches and a drink to be delivered as soon as possible… it was delivered an hour after ordering… and to top it off, it was the worst sandwich I have ever had from Jimmy John’s. Hardly any turkey, avocado, or mayo on my beach club. It was pretty comical that something that poorly made left the restaurant. The bread was not great on either sandwich. It was just overall bad! If you’re gonna make people wait that long because you’re short on drivers, at least make sure you’re making the sandwiches to standard. Or like maybe the franchise owners should step in and work until you can get your restaurant fully staffed. One delivery driver on a Saturday afternoon is wild. But if my sandwich was at-least good like usual, I wouldn’t be pressed. I’ve ordered from this location a few times and delivery can usually take like 20-30 minutes (they won’t update tracking the order on the app so I know to check the front of my apartment every five minutes) and I’m not that impressed with my food, like I’ve had better from other JJ’s. But this one took the cake and I’m definitely not ordering from here again. Sorry y’all. Hope you get staffed appropriately and properly supported by the franchise owners.
