I have been a Wawa customer for years, never seen a manager this disrespectful. I was trying to ask one of the employees in the kitchen to heat up a sandwich I bought from them and the manager shouted NO!! Then the other lady that’s working the cashier said “Here in America we have something called cross contamination” here in America??!! Really?! She was clearly being disrespectful and discriminatory. I will never be returning to this location.

Steven is what makes this store. I’ve been going to this location since the late 80s as a really small child. It’s just the best place when you need something fast. The gas is a bonus. It didn’t always have gas. However, why is it listed as freehold. I’ve always been told that’s Howell.

Don’t go here on your lunch break. Your order most likely will be incorrect, or delayed by other patrons having their food remade ahead of you. In the past week I have had two minor mistakes (no corn and no spinach) on my usual bowl, today it was missing the chicken and sauce. Only Wawa that consistently messes up.
Update: once again this location has forgot the main ingredient in my lunch. And neither the manager or employee said sorry!! Never again. Same mistake multiple times shows management does not care about quality or service.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Wawa. My DoorDash left 3/4 of my order and I was forced to reorder it and go pick it up. They expected me to take the old food that was there for over an hour. I explained to them that although the order was the same I didn’t want to take what was there if they could please remake it. They pretended to prepare the food again and reheated my pizza. The worst of all is the attitude of the worker, not only was the discomfort noticeable, she was talking about us in front of us and was not discreet at all.

There is a worker named Joe working the night shift on 02/18 making sandwiches and the guys is literally too lazy to call out the numbers of the orders as he just throws them on the counter. When I said thank you he didn’t even bother responding. My wrap was horribly made and clearly terrible customer service. Thanks Joe!!
