First-time visit and we loved it! The service was top-notch; the lady who helped us was so patient in explaining the menu. The food came out quickly, and they were very generous with water and extra sauces. 10/10 service!!

I ordered the Mad Tots with the Mad Chipotle sauce. The food was very good, it came out very quickly, was hot, and tasted great.
Unfortunately, the service was extremely bad. When I walked in, the only employee there was watching something on his phone. I was the only customer, so it didn’t really bother me, but when he came to the counter he didn’t greet me or say anything besides my total. The only drink option offered was a canned soda or a couple other choices, and upgrading to a “combo” was a $4 upcharge, which is a crazy upcharge for the options.
Food was strong enough that I’d probably go back, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement.

Food was OK. Big sandwiches for sure, but the chicken was a bit dry. We also had the mac n’ cheese bowl, which came with a good portion of chicken on top, but the mac n’ cheese was not homemade tasting, more of a box style. Not terrible, but not coming back soon.

I hope I caught ya’ll on an off day or something. It’s still gave ya’ll 4 stars because of past experience but today/tonight not your best quality work. Chicken rice bowl with honey bbq sauce. I know I’m ranting when it’s not up to par and I’m starving…especially when they usually be on point…especially with the portion size. I know costs are going up but isn’t like $12 a bowl. oh the new lady has more personality than previous order takers. Keep her. In hopes she doesn’t get burnt out. She is better than the one whom is quiet and mumbles.
And my picture does reflect the quality amount of chicken provided which has never been a problem but I like your rice too.

My brother and I stopped by Mad Chicken for an evening snack and were pleasantly surprised. The Mad Fire sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and really well made. Special thanks to Natalie at the counter, her customer service was outstanding. She was polite, attentive, and made the experience even better. Great food and excellent service!

I stopped in while visiting Pittsburgh for chicken and waffles. The food was great and filling but the service was amazing. There was a lady working, named Natalie, that made sure she checked on every guest. I over heard someone at another table offer her a tip and she declined. Service like this is rare in full restaurants these days but especially in to-go/take out style place. I definitely recommend you stop in if you’re in the area.
