I have been a loyal customer of this location for about a year now, and I typically have a great experience. The service is usually excellent, and I genuinely enjoy both the food and drinks.
Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had an unpleasant experience. The first instance involved an order mistake that I only noticed after arriving home and opening the bag, which required me to drive back to the store. However, I understood the situation, as I was informed that the employee involved was new.
Today, March 1, 2026, I placed a DoorDash order instead of visiting in person. I ordered my usual items, but I noticed that the DoorDash platform does not allow customers to include special instructions. The only adjustment I wanted was to add hot Cheetos to my potato mozzarella corn dog. Since the DoorDash menu does not include a potato hot Cheeto mozzarella option, I called the store to request this modification.
When I called, I was told, “Yeah, we aren’t able to do that unfortunately, we’ve already dropped your order in the fryer.” I understood the concern regarding timing, but I was not requesting any change to the corn dog itself. Just the addition of hot Cheetos as a topping. I also stated that if there was an additional charge (which I assume would be approximately $1), I would be completely fine with having my card charged accordingly. Despite this, my request was denied, and I was asked if there was anything else I needed assistance with.
I plan to continue supporting this location, as I truly enjoy the products. However, I did want to share this feedback, as it felt unusual for a relatively simple topping request especially one I was willing to pay for to be declined. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback to help improve future customer experiences. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Everything I tried was actually so good. The Korean hotdog was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and it had so much flavor. The strawberry lemonade was really refreshing and not too sweet, which I liked. And the Dubai chocolate donut… omg it was so rich and chocolatey, definitely one of the best donuts I’ve had. Everything tasted fresh and I would 100% get it again.

everything was so bland nothing had flavor not the drinks the corn dogs or the donuts. the korean boneless fried chicken was good but ive had better. the service communication was sooo bad the girl expected me to know everything even though it was my first time there. i wouldn’t recommend going here try some place else

It was pricey, and the wait was long, however, it’s was 100% worth the wait. Honey Dew Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearl, Winnie’s Special Lemonade with lychee jelly, fruit pebble mochi donut, and chocolate mochi donut was absolutely amazing. The Tapioca is some of the best Tapioca I have had (coming from a Tapioca lover). I definitely would come back. I just wish I wasn’t almost done with my first drink by the time I got the other one.

I had them once before today and they were good. My order was messed up multiple times. I ordered two passion fruit lemonade and got two plain lemonades. This is after I pointed out there were no passion fruit seeds in them. (Which they have been in my previous lemonades.) They remade it and some how it was flavorless. Extremely disappointed because I traveled 35 mins for this. I tried to chalk up the 15-20 min wait to order and the issue to them being what seemed short staffed but still not getting it right after remaking it… idk

I stopped by because my daughter was craving a Korean hot dog — and wow, we were beyond impressed! Everything was freshly made, and the flavor was absolutely spot-on. And that Yum Yum Sauce? It lives up to the name in every way!
The cashier greeted us with such a friendly smile that we instantly felt welcome. Our little Korean hot dog came in the cutest bag, complete with all three sauces — ketchup, mustard, and of course, Yum Yum.
We’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu. Thank you for giving my daughter such a fun and delicious experience!

Came here for a Korean Hot Dog because no one in Lancaster makes them. I was not disappointed. The crisp and taste of the shell was delicious, and I think it’s probably the best K Dog I’ve ever had. I will be back!

i usually order doordash because i dont like taking my 3 year old into the city traffic hectiness of reading. doordash cuts off all orders 30 minutes before the restaurant closes. i had ordered at 8:15pm when the store closes at 9pm. that means i should still get what i ordered. i didnt. i had to cancel once i realized that my order was left on “prepare” for over a half hour and all i ordered was a boba tea. otherwise the food and boba is amazing.
