I had called to make a delivery order, which was answer by the manager Rebecca. As soon as we said the address, she goes “we are not delivering to there” and we asked why Because we’ve never had issues getting a delivery there before, and she got an attitude and raised her voice “we are not delivering there, the roads are too bad if you want to order you can come here and get it.” So I was just going to place the order for pick up but she hung the phone up before I could. So I called back and asked to speak to the manager and the person who answered this time laughed and said “Rebecca, it’s the same people” so I told her what happened on the previous call, which she got attitude again and argued with me and didn’t even let me place my pick up order.

This facility is absolutely terrible!! the food is okay but nothing great. the service is absolutely terrible they blocked my address due to my child having a SLEEPOVER and making a call and calling in asking if the pizza was on its way harmless fun ig kids are not allowed to have anymore and my kid wasn’t even the one who made the call it was one of his friends at the sleepover and my address is still blocked along with my ENTIRE STREET and they refuse to lift it. if upper management wants to have a word with me i’ll be happy to IF NOT i will get a lawyer because the employees and the cleanliness is terrible and the manager does nothing about it i absolutely do NOT recommend and honestly hope they get shut down soon

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They didn’t even bother to show up with the delivery. Then she lied about calling me upon arrival like she promised after I sat and waited for over an hour in the lobby. I was told it would be about thirty minutes. The manager even started yelling at me after I called back to inquire about the order.

Domino’s has real workers and a pizza sucks cuz the boss lady down there and wants to get attitude with people I am in my us veteran Marine and she got rude with me cuz I won’t meet her driver dump on the hill and everybody wants to sit there and make up the hill but yet her drivers can’t do it so I’m not ordering no more Domino’s till they get new employees they lost my business for good I would order Domino’s ever again cuz the pizza sucks and the lady is a bossy grouch because you don’t get no Twinkies in her mouth all times and she’s got bad attitude that he had fire her and the other headset woman works there with glasses the redhead woman need to fire the dark hair woman needs to be fired cuz about two is one answer the phone the most and they both need to be fired for good cuz this reason why I’m not ordered no more Domino’s

Probably my favorite pizza place around here. They have multiple amazing deal combos. The food is always so hot and fresh it’s hard to even keep in ur hand while trying to shove ur face. The employees seem very well mannered and semi professional Shout out to Dave Milbert. Everytime he is our delivery driver he always has your food to u as soon as it’s done it seems like and if something isn’t correct he will make sure it’s corrected with no problem or even a sigh!

Disappointed. They sent me my wrong tater tots, they were soggy and gross anyway. The mac & cheese was mediocre. I called to get a refund or at least get the tater tots refunded and they told me that “They couldn’t refund me since I ordered through the online system”. That is some bullshit. Just a heads up If you order online and the food comes wrong. $30 down the drain.

I placed an order today I ordered what I thought was the chicken parm sandwich and cheesy bread. I look at my sandwich hurry to tell her there’s no sauce on it and have her take it back. She comes back with a chicken parm sandwich and tells me I placed an order for chicken bacon ranch sandwich not realizing it. They was kind enough to make me a chicken parm even though I ordered a different sandwich by accident. My dad just recently passed and I kind of been out of sorts over it. I was embarrassed and apologized for my mistake. I appreciate your employees kindness and understanding thanks!

We placed an order which included two pizzas. When are order was delivered It was missing a pizza. The delivery person verified that there was a pizza missing She said she would run back and get it.My wife called to correct the order ask to speak to the manager and the lady replied angrily that She was the manager. The delivery lady went back to get the missing pizza brought it back and there was a $4 delivery charge for an order that they had messed up. I would give more stars but the service is horrible!!

Ordered a week in advance for a preschool party. When I got there the manager told me oh we haven’t even started your order yet, we have been busy! Then another employee came in and asked if I was waiting on the 5XL pizza, I said yes and asked her if I they were cut in 12 smaller pieces. She looked in the box and said, no! I told her when I called I asked that 3 of the 5 be cut into 12 pcs instead of 6 and they said yes. That employee began to grill me on who I talked to and I pointed the other lady in the store. She asked me how do you know it was her, I said it sounded like her! She went off in me saying, oh how did you know it was her, I said it sounded like her. She got smart and said oh so now you identify people by their voice? I said well she is the manger and the person I spoke to told me they were the manager. She said we have 5 managers. So rude to customers and I had to ask several times for a top manager number. The number they game me went straight to a busy notification. I called corporate and explain what happened. 81.00 order and we will never give them out business again! Side note, the manager was not rude just the delivery driver!
