Drink was not good at all. I the drink got was my typical weekly strawberry, pineapple energy, drink with lemonade and sparkling water. Absolutely no strawberry flavoring in it. Most of it was sparkling water absolutely disgusting. Would NOT recommend this location! Should look like second picture, I had to stop another Caribou bc the one from Waite Park was 95% sparkling water!

Two polite and helpful women working this morning (9/11). Great coffee and even better service! And Caribou drinks are expensive and I would not keep returning to this location if the service wasn’t so good! Please pay your staff appropriately and treat them well! They are the biggest reason that some of your customers spend money with your company. Thanks!

The young lady working was wonderful. Working alone, she was kind, efficient, and quick. Taking care of multiple customers at once she did a fantastic job all the while she was smiling.!

Very rude and disrespectful in the drive thru. Apparently, they are not concerned about customer service at all. The service was very poor. Have not been to this location for a while and won’t be back. There’s many coffee shops that actually care about their customers.

While having to move my elderly parents out of their home, my brother and I thought it would be great to treat our helpers to some great coffee for a well deserved break. It was late in the morning or near noon and my brother went in and ordered the canteen multi serve coffee. The woman at the counter became extremely agitated and remarked “ Next time you need to order an hour in advance!” “We don’t just have this amount around”
Sheepishly my brother apologized as he has never bought that before and said he’d be back later to pick it up. When we both returned he told me to be very nice as the woman who took the order was really mean. While were waiting in line -the woman must have seen him and slammed the coffee on the counter and yelled “canteen order!” I pointed to it and said that must be yours so he took it and we walked away. After a few steps I turned to ask if we could get some cups and she pushed the bag that had some cups at me. She didn’t ask if we’d like cream or sugar. Just snarled at us. Wow. caribou is my happy place. I’ve always gone there especially as a treat. I thought this was going to bring a little joy into our day. Turns out it just added to the stress our family is going through.

Ordered a turtle mocha , it was delicious and ready as soon as I walked in the store ! Only negative was a sign saying they were open until noon on Thanksgiving ! give the workers the day off ! It’s Thanksgiving !

Wow what a cozy and QUIET hideaway in the middle of a supermarket! It was like a cozy den with a fireplace and beamed ceilings. A couple cozy seats for reading. I took a table to eat at. The spinach wrap was so tasty and the delicious boba tea was a pleasant surprise although they need wider straws. They were out of my original lunch sandwich choice. The young woman brought the heated sandwich and drink to my table. I highly recommend this location and when you leave there’s a very nice healthy food section. I would not have guessed something this special was inside this store. But do yourself a favor and check it out.
