Absolutely awesome. I tried the Greatest Hits Omakase which is 10 courses instead of the full 17 offered at the other seating times but I wish I’d booked the full experience because everything was delicious and I left wanting more. I loved watching the preparation, learning about everything I was eating, and chatting with the chefs about their backgrounds and culinary hot takes. The intimate upscale but relaxed environment was also lovely. A great food experience to treat yourself to or go with a date or group.

The two chefs behind the counter were absolutely incredible, every single course across the 17-piece journey was executed flawlessly. The creativity, the freshness, the precision, everything was dialed in. Each bite had something unexpected that somehow just worked perfectly. And the pace of the meal felt effortless, like they were reading what I was doing the entire time.
But what really set this apart was the manager. The hospitality was next level. He made me feel like family from the second I sat down, explaining every course, keeping the energy right, making sure the whole experience flowed. The chemistry between the entire team was obvious. You could tell these guys genuinely love what they do, and it shows in every detail.

Been there few months ago but can’t believe that I forgot to give them 5 stars. The experience was amazing, it’s not just about the food, there is a whole atmosphere that they make sure to provide for the guests. We were welcomed by the staff with a purple drink that was beautiful and tasty, the waiting area was super cute but we didn’t have to wait a lot. Once everyone had arrived they brought us in to a cozy dark room where we had the chance to see the chefs preparing the meal while they explained about the singularity of every single ingredient. I’ve paired my dishes with wines that they suggested and my husband got the sake pairing, best choice ever! The sommelier explained about the wines and sakes backgrounds very nicely. Food was something I’ve never tried before, very good, the textures and flavors were spectacular and you can see that the quality is really high. The dessert was good, balanced and they were super nice following my husband’s restriction regarding that. I recommend this place to everyone and can’t wait to go back, worths every single penny.
