Placed a delivery order. The food showed up cold AND burnt. I live less than 2 miles away. I called the store, and after 20 minutes of being on hold, I drove to the store. The front doors were locked and when I made eye contact with an employee and showed I was now on hold for 30+ minutes and showed I had food, they just motioned to go to the drive thru. At the drive thru window, that insisted it was not burnt, and would do nothing for me. Despite the pizza being clearly burnt, and was cold upon delivery anyways. There was literally burnt pieces falling off. My family agreed it was burnt. I’ve ordered the same pizza before and it didn’t look like this. I now have zero food because I don’t want the cold burnt food they were going to give me. Great way to end a Friday. I even tried to make sure I left a good tip when I paid, smh.

I tried to tell them my order was wrong then argued with “Alvina”, the “manager” who was very rude! I entered an order on line and she proceeded to tell me I entered it wrong when I showed her on the app. How I ordered it. Other employee nodded in agreement when I showed her the app what I ordered and how. Alvina kept saying over and over, “You did it wrong!” If the owner sees this, I feel sorry for the other employees!
The food was basically inedible so we took it back for refund. Alvina had her previous lousy customer service practice. Pizza had very little sauce and some mystery ingredient on the barbecue Ham pizza. The sub had some unrecognizable “something” on it that was like woody. I was told it was green pepper who reached into the container without gloves. Looking around the place was dirty!

This location, for the most part, is always on point. Our order is always correct and the quality of the food is great. Except, the boneless wings are great, but the traditional wings are not so much. They are extremely fatty and need cooked a little longer. And they don’t completely sauce them. They just throw the sauce in there with them. Our delivery drivers are always friendly, respectful, and professional. Every once in a while, the food comes lukewarm because it was made faster than it could be delivered. However, when that happens, they send you an offer via email for delivery not going as planned, and I respect that level of ownership. I’d definitely recommend this location

5 stars! I asked for extra sauce and cheese well done and my xl ny style pizza came a fantastic. My wife even ate some (and she is very particular in an honest way) she enjoyed it!

Unfortunately, I don’t have any photos of the food because it’s usually undercooked or under-baked. The last order I placed, which may have been a month ago, they actually sent me wings that had the wrong sauce. The chicken wings were also cold, as in, NOT cooked; like they took them straight out of the freezer and just simply poured the sauce on them. If that weren’t bad enough, the pizza was not baked thoroughly; it was “gummy” in texture, like the dough was barely left in the oven for the allotted time. It was tasteless. (I received a free pizza and the correct kind/flavor of wings maybe 2 weeks later, but ONLY because I emailed the franchise & and complained).

Fast forward to today, as in right now, Sunday 08/04/2024. I placed an order online at 11:12am for delivery. The website said 22-32 minutes for delivery time. Cool. How about at 11:45am, the person who made the pizza, called and said the delivery driver didn’t come to work. My pizza is ready; either I can come pick it up myself, OR she can change the delivery time. (However, she doesn’t know what time it will be delivered) I was flabbergasted! I told her to just change the delivery time because I’m not coming to pick up the pizza. It’s now 12:10pm. I’m OVER this Domino’s location! There’s ALWAYS A PROBLEM with my orders: they’re either late to deliver, bring the wrong items, or leave items at the store. Maybe they should just close this franchise location permanently.

My husband placed an order online and chose the “build your own pasta” option along with a pizza. When we got home, we realized the pasta didn’t have any Alfredo sauce. He went back to the store to report the issue, but the woman working there who said her name was Amy was extremely rude and even racist. She had a terrible attitude and didn’t let him speak.

My husband primarily speaks Spanish and only a little English, and he was just trying to explain that the pasta was missing sauce. Instead of helping, she started yelling at him and accusing him of being aggressive. There are cameras in the store, and the footage will clearly show that he was not being aggressive at all.

He called me so I could help translate, but Amy refused to speak with me over the phone and continued yelling. My husband told her multiple times that he just wanted the sauce for his pasta, but she kept shouting and said she would just refund the money.

This is not how customer service should work. If a customer returns because of a mistake, the staff should try to resolve the issue calmly not escalate it. I will never return to this location because of this experience. If an employee is dealing with a customer who doesn’t speak fluent English, they should show patience not hostility.

This spot always goes beyond expectations with my orders. Out of every local dominos this is my go to, because I know the quality will be great. Pizzas are always fresh and well made, and the pasta bread bowls are amazing! Highly recommend the speedway location if you’re getting build-your-own dishes.

This is the second time I’ve ordered for a specific time and my order was confirmed in app and they acted like they had no idea where my order was. Both times now I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes to get my pizza despite ordering ahead of time. I don’t know if your app is faulty or if this store isn’t capable of handling the orders that come in but I’ll be using a different store moving forward.

This evening 10/12/24, I ordered 3 pizzas in which one was a buffalo thin and crispy pizza. It DID NOT have buffalo sauce and I proceeded to call the store on 3 different occasions and got the busy tone. I took the pizza back to the store to have it remade and the manager on duty(short Hispanic guy or other) told me the pizza was made correctly. The other worker then squeezed and drizzled some buffalo sauce on top. I asked the manager could I be compensated for my inconvenience and he rudely replied “there’s nothing wrong with the pizza.”

Clearly the pizza was not made correctly. I have never had an issue with a pizza being remade when it’s not to satisfactory. Please help this young man on understanding people skills and customer service/acknowledgement for it could be a detriment for him down the road. Thank you.

The picture is the pizza after they drizzled sauce on the top. A slice is missing from when my son ate it and he informed me about the missing sauce.

I ordered the manager Christmas special 2 large pizza and garlic knots for $24.99 total $27.00. The pizza was burnt and stuck to the box. It was so dry and burnt you could not eat it. I was so disappointed. Money wasted why would you serve people burnt food.
