I had an incredible experience here from start to finish. The pizza itself is absolutely top‑tier perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they put real care into what they make, and it shows in every bite.
What really stood out just as much as the food was the customer service. When I added a 2‑liter to my order in person, they surprised me by giving it to me for free, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly made my night. The young lady working up front deserves a special shoutout — she’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She greeted everyone with a smile and made the whole atmosphere feel warm and inviting. It’s rare to find service like that these days, and it really elevates the entire experience.
Between the amazing food and the outstanding service, this place has definitely earned a repeat customer. I’m already looking forward to my next order.

The food was hot and delicious. I have never had a deep dish like this before but it was very yummy. it is quite messy though so make sure you transfer it to a plate and will most likely use utensils. the Italian Breadsticks were kinda dry but once dipped in the marinara it’s not too bad. would definitely order again. They were the only pizza place not a chain who had coca cola products.

Don’t ever order from here using the “Slice” app which is what they recommend. I ordered from here on Saturday (12/13) evening at 7pm. Was told my order would be delivered around 8:26. When it didn’t show up I contacted Slice several times and was told they “got no answer from the shop.” I myself even tried to contact the restaurant to no answer and what sounded like the wrong number on the voicemail. At 9:38 I talked to Slice on the phone to which they said “it should be delivered in the next 4 minutes” Mind you this was over an hour after it was promised. I waited once again for nothing to be delivered. When I contacted Slice again at almost 10 they told me the shop was closed and they would contact them on Sunday. Of course I get a response on Sunday “the restaurant said it was delivered and the driver tried to call you with no answer and took a pic of the delivery..” Interesting, seeing as I have a Ring cam up and received no phone call or delivery. Restaurant refuses to refund me so I’m out money and a pizza. Will never order from this lying piece of crap joint again. Be careful if you do, as they will most likely lie and keep your money.

The other day, 9/22/25, I ordered here & the young lady answering the phone is a complete airhead & the most rude person I’ve ever talked to in my life. This was my first & last time ordering her for theses reasons. First, the young lady started yelling at me for my accent because I’m an legal immigrant from egypt. Second, she starts screaming the there’s no such religion that doesn’t eat pork (I’m Muslim & we don’t eat pork. Same with the jewish religus people). Third I get my pizza with pork all over the pizza. Last when I called about it the lady started laughing & telling me how all religus people are crazy & should leave the country then hangs up on me. I had to do a charge back on my credit card as a fraud charge after I ordered elsewhere. The owner is conveniently out of town too. I can see the owner has horrible untrained staff that’s going to ruin her business. I’m definitely going to get ahold of corporate tomorrow, 9/25/25, to make a formal complaint if I don’t hear from the owner tonight like promised from the young man I spoke to yesterday evening. I would avoid this place if you have religus restrictions.

The original stuffed pizza is their version of the deep dish pizza. The deep dish pizza was baked well, not undercooked nor overdone, with a nice golden crust.
The pizza took 15 minutes longer to complete than the original quoted time.
They were generous with the mozzarella cheese but not with the toppings. The amount of toppings was about half that on a similar pizza from Lou Malnati.
The staff were polite.

Quality of the food was excellent, was ready when I got there! No mess ups on the tricky half and half pizza. Only suggestion; chill the ranch and give napkins with wings. This was mid range good bang for your buck deep dish. The wings were of higher quality for the price, than I expected. Would definitely order again.

Nancy’s pizza was really good and I’m surprised I never had it before for as long as I’ve lived in Chicagoland.
I had the traditional thin crust which is bready, in a great way, with pepperoni, Italian Sausage and pineapple (don’t judge). I really liked the sausage and it’s obvious why they differentiate between just sausage and Italian sausage. It’s so good.
The only drawback is the price. I ordered a large, 14”, and with a $4 off coupon the price was close to $19. I will eat here again but for the price it won’t be my regular spot.

Okay first, I never had a problem with Nancy’s for over 10+ years until recently today. I placed an order online for the heart shaped pizza for Mother’s day since today it is celebrated in Mexico instead of tomorrow. My bank account said it was charged as you can see from the picture/screenshot I posted above. I called them to confirm the order because I never received an email notification. The lady that answered said they didn’t receive it so they were forcing me to PAY AGAIN and told me I would get refunded in 3-4 business day. She passed the phone to the manager and the manager was being extremely rude as well and not helpful. I explained to him I just spent the last money I currently had because I had to pay for other obligations as well and that’s all I had left. I don’t like to tell people about my business but I thought it would be helpful trying to explain the situation and my circumstances. Instead at one point the manager goes “Well we are not charity!”… WOW totally unnecessary and rude comment towards a customer. Especially when I just told them I was charged from it..He did call me back and said they will end up making it for me and that I will have to pay them back after my money was refunded. I sent someone else to go pick it up because I am extremely furious the way they treated me especially the comment of ” We are not a charity”… This was supposed to be a pizza for my mom for mother’s day… I have no idea if I will ever do business with Nancy’s ever again. That was totally uncalled for.

This pizza pie shop reminds me of home. My beautiful country Italy is made proud by this infamous locally owned restaurant. My little ones love the pizza, and they have a wide range of options outside of just your typical sausage and pepperoni. I must be careful as the belt on my pants cannot handle my appetite.
