We spent 4 years in Korea, and this place really hits the spot to give us our fix. They have nice big long booths that allow for privacy if needed. The steamed egg was amazing. My only disappointment was the lack of banchan selection. They only give you 5 different kinds of kimchi. The jokbal was good, but served cold. Also the plate was 75% bone. The quality and taste of the food was great though.

I went for dinner on Sep 29 night, I ordered the Soyo BBQ steak and it was really good, huge portion for one person and the salad is great and fresh. All the 반찬 they served are all my favorite.. even they use mung bean sprout instead of soybean sprout omg love it.. And I don’t remember the server’s name but he is really nice, kind, with good smile and takes care of my table all the time! Thanks I will definitely come back next time❤️

Spicy rice cake was perfect! Rice cake was soft & the spice and the temperature. Spicy cold noodles were very chewy. Service was great and nothing to complain about. Definitely will come back.

Always great food and awesome services whenever i need something. I’ve been returning here more than multiple times for consistency. If you need a Korean vibe with korean dishes, this is the place you should be here

This little Korean joint is as authentic as they come, the style is like a gastropub, there is no eat all you can eat BBQ here, but you will find some of the best Korean street food out there.
The spice level is not over whelming, you can enjoy your privacy in the individual booths or in a large group out on the floor. Great service. The pork feet was one of the best that I have tasted, especially the chilled tendon part of it. The pork neck bone hot pot was perfect for the chilly evening in Vegas, it warms your soul without burning your mouth.
Strongly recommended!

OMG! Soyo is easily one of the top Korean restaurants I’ve been to! Everything we ordered was delicious. The soup (don’t remember the name, but wow) was full of flavor, and the pig leg dish was huge and so tasty. Portions were generous—two of us could barely finish everything, and the prices were totally fair for the amount of food.
Service was excellent, and I appreciated that the host seated us at a booth so we could enjoy a more private, comfortable meal. It felt really thoughtful. I absolutely loved the experience and can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. Highly recommend!

We ended up here because the other place I wanted to try was closed
I’m so glad it wasn’t a disappointment. Friendly server, though he seemed to be by himself so he was working very hard. Cute atmosphere and the food was good! I would give it 4.5 on the food if that was an option. As always, we ordered a variety of items to try.

Loved that we got to enjoy a booth atmosphere. They serve you cold tea upon arrival. Food is amazing. Ordered sweet and spicy pork, AMAZING and meat Jhun, great but i felt more sauce should have been given. Loved their fish cake, Kim chee and shredded daikon… asked for more of those 3 bachan… that was last serving of fish cake and shredded daikon. They did come out with other machan to replace those (mac salad and potatoes). Kim chee was good. Always a preference thing for me but I loved their kim chee. Will definitely go back. Love that they were not rushing us out of there after our meal. Music was good. Vibe was good

Overall, the experience at Soyo Korean Restaurant was quite pleasant. The place is clean, and the atmosphere is really nice and cozy. I loved the way they presented the food – it looked very appetizing!
I tried a dish called Bi Bim Bap, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. The flavors were well-balanced, and the combination of rice, veggies, and sauce was perfect.
I also ordered the Kimchi Fried Rice, but it was just okay, not very impressive. It felt a bit too greasy, probably because we added cheese to it, which might have been our mistake.
Additionally, I tried a side dish that was similar to hash browns, but it wasn’t tasty at all.
The in-house salad was so good
They also have private cabana
One downside was the server. Since it was my first time at a Korean restaurant and I didn’t have much background about the cuisine, I expected some guidance. Unfortunately, the server wasn’t very helpful and didn’t provide any suggestions or explanations about the dishes.
Besides that, everything was okay, and I would definitely recommend the Bi Bim Bap if you visit.

First off the staff that work here are amazing. Second this is hands down the best spot to eat if you like Korean food. A must try is the spicy pork belly kimchi soup the small is huge the juice in it is amazing and soul warming. The spicy squid is also good but doesn’t beat the soup! Definitely give them a try.
