Wasn’t the fastest, but the food was good and staff was nice. We enjoyed the change of menu from typical fast food stops on a road trip. Bathrooms were clean. Right next to large gas station. You could always consider ordering your food and then going to fill your car up with gas before coming back to pick up your order.

The worse Teriyaki I’ve ever had. Rice was old, dry & hard. Salmon was extra fishy & chicken was tough. Throw the whole restaurant in Princeton WV away. It was terrible, didn’t eat it threw it in the trash.

They use high quality ingredients… very big portions (large bowl definitely worth it) … food is always fresh and the food presentation is amazing… icing on the cake is Very reasonable prices… If you haven’t tried them what are you waiting for?

We went into Teriyaki Madness at 8:33. The cashier told us they had no steak. There two guys that came from the cooking area to add that they had no vegetables and no noodles. We happily left and at at Dolly’s Diner.

Was very disappointed, wanted to give this place another shot (worked for a bit here and i can tell nothings changed )but my food was nasty my husband and I both had not enjoyed the chicken ( both was visibly burnt ) , my noodles were cold and sticking together in a clump , lobby was dirty ( only photos I could get ) by the drink machines were dirty and under the machine you can clearly see all the sticky mess under just overall can tell that barely or none of the staff care about how the lobby looks or how the food taste . Standards have definitely went down .

DO NOT EAT HERE!
I grabbed food from this location to-go while driving from South Carolina to Michigan, and it completely ruined the rest of my trip. I spent the drive making repeated emergency stops due to severe diarrhea. Whatever I ate did not sit right at all, and on top of that, it tasted terrible. I only managed to finish about a quarter of the meal before throwing the rest out.
This location absolutely tore my stomach up, and I will never return. Save yourself the trouble and choose somewhere else.

If you’re expecting something similar to Panda Express do not eat here. The food barely had a taste. I got orange chicken and fried rice and it was so bland. Rice was soggy. The crab ragoons were the worst part. I could’ve got double the food at panda for the price with 100% more flavor. $42 for 2 regular sized meals.

When we came in and ordered the food ,the cashier asked if we will be dinning in or takeout . We told her we would be dinning in. We came in to Teriyaki madness at 8:30pm not knowing the restaurant was about to close (9pm) when our food was ready they told us we could not dine in as they were closing. We ended up having no choice and to eat it in the car. They did not give us utensils so we had to go back and bang on the window. The salmon teriyaki was burned and the chicken breast teriyaki was very dry.
The edamame beans were not cooked enough. We asked for gluten free soy sauce due to an allergy and found out the hard way after eating it that it wasn’t gluten free.
The food itself tastes average nothing special comparing to all the Japanese food we always had. Probably won’t come here again.

Wanted to give this place a try, but was told it would be 30 minutes to make anything on the menu the second I stepped up to the counter. Seemed like the guy working was trying to push people away because right after me he told a person walking in “30 minute wait” as she walked in the door and she had to assert that she had a pick up order. To be clear, they were not busy. Only two people were in the entire restaurant. Not great service, but expected given the inconsistency of the reviews on here.

So much better then fast food. And the service was so good. We stop here to charge our car and always enjoy a nice meal and good service when we stop by. Wish I knew the girls name that helped this time she was outstanding.
