I come often n the spaghetti dish is excellent. Yum meatballs, plenty enough sauce. The steak cheese …well the roll itself is good but it does need toasted before stuffing in in the moist meat n veggies letting it become kinda sogg not sure how the meat is done but it could of been cooked nicely on their grill along with the onions gleaning that wonderful slight char from a hot sizzling grill. Will be finding another place that puts more expertise into cooking up of steak bombs for that rich steak taste instead of flavorless taste. Probably could use a quick grill train day for young kids doing up steak sandwiche to learn the finer points.

Stopped in on a long road trip. The pepperoni pizza and the chicken bacon ranch pizza were both very good! Staff was helpful and friendly.

Things have improved a lot at this location. They revamped their pizzas by increasing the toppings without raising priced. Also, they switched back to the rolls they used to use for Italian sandwiches=much better. Service is very fast. Now, I don’t recommend you get any of their spaghetti meals or dinners because the prices are totally outrageous. Folks, it’s mostly just pasta, bread, and a few meatballs or some meat sauce. I think the menu said: one bucket of spaghetti, 3 or 4 meatballs, and a loaf of garlic bread for $30 and change. If they were smart, they would lower their prices on the spaghetti and sell more. The dinner I just described probably only actually costs them $5 for ingredients. Or let’s say $6. It’s mostly pasta and bread. So the markup to $30 is crazy. Knock it down to $25, and you would sell alot more. Or even $26. We people around here are mostly not going to pay $30 because we are cheap. Just my opinion. Otherwise, I am glad they made some improvements. The Italians are really good now with the softer rolls. And a large one topping pizza today (Friday) on special was only $9.99. Great deal. I got hamburger, and it was loaded with hamburger. And I love the thin crust. Very good. Way to go Sam’s.

In the area visiting and purchased Turkey Italians on two different occasions. The first had a thin piece of Turkey, the slice of the veggies was inconsistent and the bread dry. The second sandwich I paid for extra meat, the bread was better, but the veggies were still inconsistent and some of the tomatoes were mushy like they were past their prime. Disappointed.

Staff was pleasant, but unfortunately that was the only think good about the visit. All the tabels in the sitting area were dirty. I got a buffalo chicken wrap and the pieces of buffalo chicken were about 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch cubes and totaled about one small chicken tender. Was mostly lettuce. My boss got a sausage sub and it was about 10 inches long and one piece sausage cut up and mixed with onions and peppers. It did not sit well with his stomach. We got 2 bags of chips and 2 sodas and the total was $43. Definitely better options out there for good sandwiches that dont cost a fortune

If I could give 0 I would. They gave me moldy parmesan cheese on the cheese bread sticks, and a burnt pizza. There is no way you put that on food and not notice.

Please do not go here and waste your money! It’s over priced and literally disgusting! Also the woman who took the order was rude and unsanitary!

I bought an Italian sandwich the other day and it was so messy I couldn’t even pick it up to eat it. It all fell apart! And the worst part they only give you one little strip of ham and one tiny strip of provolone cheese. This place is no good

Service was the best thing about this place. The food is never great at Sam’s. But it’s the types of breads and pizza sauces and dough they use. It’s not my favorite.

Super expensive for what it is. Quality has gone down too. Ordered a salad once chicken Cesar and it was iceberg lettuce, barely any meat and was super expensive. Ordered meatball subs recently and a tiny pizza it cost almost 40.00. Portion-price is terrible.
Updated April 2025 Decided to give this place another try as they were doing 1 topping large pizzas for 10.00. The pizza is much better we all liked it but here’s my new issue. Every time I’ve ordered they have never charged correctly and always give some reason why the pizzas are more than 10.00.
Last night was last time giving them a chance. Ordered 4 pizzas and total came to 75.00. Mountain valley is 10 min drive and I can get like 8 pizzas there for 80.00. I think I’ll drive 10 minutes from now on. Better quality and quantity
