First time having a smash burger from here, it wasn’t bad. Next time, I’ll do no lettuce. I’m not one to put lettuce on my burger, but I wanted to try it as is first. It comes with lettuce, grilled onions, cheese, and burger sauce (that’s what’s on the burger in the photo, not cheese). Brianna is always so helpful and nice. We’ve picked up doordash, and now our own, and she’s helped us everytime. I’ll be back for sure!

Ordered the smash burger. It was delicious. The atmosphere was clean and comfy. Crowley’s does not skimp. The salad was an entire meal when added to the double smash burger. The onion rings add-on included 16 hand battered rings! Delicious.

We finally stopped in after many months of it being on our list, and it 100% lived up to the hype. We started with the cheese curds which were super crispy & fresh, along with an awesome spicy sauce that we both enjoyed. I ordered the famous smash burger with fries and my husband got the gyro with onion rings (unfortunately didn’t take a picture), so that we could split and try everything. The smash burger was so juicy and flavorful, I loved that it wasn’t drowning in sauce because the meat was tasty enough on its own. The fries were super crisp and seasoned well. The gyro was unlike any I’ve ever had, but in the best way possible. It was more formed patties of the meat vs shaved off the loaf. I only wish that had some sort of sauce with it. Finally, the onion rings had the wonderful beer battered taste that we all love and had a great crunch and also came with a very delicious sauce. We were going to an event afterwards with drinks so we didn’t try any of the alcoholic beverages, but it seems to have a better craft beer selection than most “dive bars”. The staff were all super friendly and the food came out extremely quick. The best burger in Cleveland is deserved. I also saw they offer brunch on weekends. Can’t wait to go back and try more items!!

Awesome place that we just discovered. Visited at least twice a week for the past month. Excellent food.. however the best thing is the staff they are very kid friendly . My son loves it and you don’t find that at every dive bar… go hungry for sure or get a box. I will see you Monday for a smash burger

What a gem of a little tavern – Crowley’s opened Kirtland after their spot on Vine Street. Glad they did. Stopped twice : first for their award winning smash burger, which was great. Went back to try their BLT and it was one of the best I’ve had – and i love a good BLT. Onion Rings are crisp and so are the fries. Went back and tried the Tuesday wing special and they were juicy and perfectly fried , with bbq dry rub. I go for NA beers and was happy to have them give me a choice of a few. Its nice to have another go-to spot locally.

This review honors a great guy who could eat a burger for every meal. He was stoked when Crowley’s opened this location & often met buddies for burgers & onion rings. Most every burger, he would text a picture to his daughter to make her mouth water for the messy smash burger that melts in your mouth & leaves you wanting to come back tomorrow.
