Went around 9 ish and had my order taken from Alex, super nice and didn’t rush at all, food tasted fresher than expected and he Even warned me to be careful as the tots could be hot. As a truck driver who has been here twice the food was made fresh both times and this young gentleman with curly hair took my order twice and was super friendly and funny, had to make a review to make sure he knows he made my nights better! Thank you Burger King will be coming back soon lol.

Honestly I usually like BK. It was something abou the “can you pull up to the white arrow while we warm everything back up for you” that got me like…. eww…. the phrasing though…. not only did you just tell me this is not going to be fresh, but the delivery was just… unappetizing

Very quick service. The restaurant was clean and presentable. Friendly staff and a very short wait time.
Drive thru was way busier than the lobby.
My thought is that this location is a little tricky when it comes to restaurant traffic because it’s set back and a little out of the way.

I placed an order an hour before breakfast ended and arrived 30 minutes before breakfast ended. I let the services know my name, and they proceeded to look for my order. One of the staff members asked if it was a Grubhub order. I said no, I placed it online. He then printed the order and said they would get it shortly. A few minutes later, the manager informed me that they were converting to lunch and it would be a while. I waited and waited, and finally, after breakfast was over at 10:38 am, I received my order. My observations: there was a lack of staff, and I feel for this team.

Went in the drive through pretty late and ordered a family bundle, I felt bad for such a large order but the wonderful lady Tory had been nice and made me feel comfortable after a long car ride from Georgia! Slept well knowing my kids ate good and had a great conversation! Even gave these kiddos some crowns. Thank you Tory!

I agree with all the bad reviews here. We came from a long drive and hungry we proceed to place in our order and as we are paying at the register the lady has the audacity to say “OH MY GOD” seems like it’s her favorite sentence since she kept saying it everytime someone put in an order. All she wanted to do is sit back and chit chat in the back. She had no name tag customer service is really bad here I wouldn’t come here at all or at least get her fired or retrained because that attitude was so disgusting. I don’t know if it was a race issue or the food order.

Went to drive thru. Guy asked me to take a second to look over the menu. Car pulls up in the next lane. He pulls ahead because presumably his order gets taken. Guy comes back and asks for my order. I get halfway through it and he tells me to hold on. And then I didn’t hear from him for another 5 minutes. After already waiting for 10. Figure it out.

Where do I start? Nobody in restaurant, nobody in drive thru and still waited 5 minutes to get my order taken and it was a mobile order. Then another 20 minutes for 24 nuggets, a cheeseburger, motz fries and a large french fry…only to get chicken fries, small french fry, missing half the nuggets, go inside to get my correct order, to be met with someone who looks new with NO supervision and only 3 ppl running the store in total. the new girl helped me and i told her i got chicken fries instead of motz fries and she said “those are chicken fries”, obviously not understanding. Manager looks at the RECEIPT and it says motz fries, looks at the order and goes “those are chicken fries”, and to give them back to me. i complained again. I finally get the rest of my order, only to drive off and hand out food to my 6 year old and 1 year old in the back seat. 6 year old is hungry after hockey practice, thankfully she only had one nugget because my wife pulls her burger out AND THERES ROTTEN MEAT ON THE WRAPPER! How do I know its rotten? You can smell the rancid on it as soon as you take it out. I took all the food away from kids and stuffed everything back in the bag. I was travelling an hour south of that location so no use in turning around as im on a tight schedule. For what? To get my order wrong and more rotten food?? I’d rather just chalk this up as the biggest $20 loss in food I have ever had. I have been here 3x, everytime the order is wrong. It takes 30 minutes to get out of there because they say they are short staffed, and this time I got rotten food on my wifes wrapper. Ridiculous. I will be calling corporate, this place needs a huge training overhaul and 2-3 more employees and the staff needs to know how to clean better or at least recognize that theres rotting food on the wrappers before you wrap other peoples food with it.
