My sister and I hosted my mother’s 50th birthday here. It was AMAZING! First off Monique is so pure and magical! I love her! She helped us so much! The food is so yummy if you want athletic Latino food that’s the place you wanna go! Everyone enjoyed their food and appetizers! Super nice atmosphere, we even had the chance to decorate for our mother’s birthday. In this restaurant you feel so cozy and comfortable! Again thank you so much!! We will be back soon!

Our first visit was a private tasting and selection for our wedding rehearsal dinner. The staff is fantastic and the food is equally amazing. The ambiance of the restaurant and Cauley Square is most definitely unique. There is a quaint vibe to the entire experience but very tasteful and well done. Tropical elegance best describes the experience. The food all has a home made touch to it and all the from scratch sauces put the dishes over the top. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Incredible. GREAT food, excellent portions, lovely people and equally lovely surrounding gardens + shops + services. Personal recommendations: the Caprese Sandwich, Cuban Coffee, Tiramisu, and Crème Brûlée (all the desserts were wonderful). Also, the history of the place is really interesting- worth asking about if they’re not too busy.

Great Mother’s Day brunch
We drove to Cauley Square for a Mother’s Day brunch. The Tea Room had an hour and a half wait! Village Chalet had no wait. They sat us immediately. We sat outside. There was a nice breeze and they had fans blowing on the patio. There were peacocks walking around and squawking. The gardens are beautiful!
The menu has a nice selection.
We chose the calamari for an appetizer. Before bringing the calamari, they brought out a complimentary salad and garlic bread. Everyone loved the garlic bread. I ate most of the salad. It had a nice raspberry vinaigrette on the side.
The calamari was really good! Very tender. The dipping sauce was unique but delicious!
For my lunch I ordered the sea bass. It came with 2 sides. I had the sautéed spinach and the tostones. Everything was really good! I finished the spinach and ate about half of the sea bass and tostones. The sea bass was served in a delicious lemon butter sauce.
My husband and youngest daughter ordered the Bogleñese. They both loved it. There was a lot, so they both took about half of it home.
My older daughter ordered the caprése sandwich with fries. She said it was really good. She also had a lot leftover.
My girls both had sodas. Altogether it was about $100. Not bad for a delicious lunch, appetizer and 2 drinks.
The service was very good. I really liked our waitress. We look forward to returning soon.

The food was spectacular and the service equally. Don’t expect to be served immediately it’s an actual restaurant with real good food to be enjoyed not a fast food joint. They are not slow either but a slower place than what most are used to. It was my first time and it won’t be my last. Worth every dime. Their sauces are made fresh here and always have fish or literally catch of the day. I had the sea bass and oh dang it was great. Can’t wait to come back. Ambiance was chill, we sat outside so even better. Waitress (Monique) and cooks have great attitude.

LOVED IT!!!!! The food was amazing! With that being said, I would add that just preparing and serving food is the job of the restaurant but this food was made with a homemade quality that we left wanting seconds, really! We actually took home an extra salad for dinner because it complemented the leftover pasta so well. They made a raspberry vinaigrette that was beautiful. They served water in glass giblets and left a beautiful tin pitcher of ice water on the table for refills. I didn’t meet the owner to complement them on the high quality standards they have set here but if our server was any indication of what a joy it is to work for them, we definitely felt it in the service and presentation.
I ordered a viejas ropas sandwich which reminded me of a machaca Mexican meat which came with a choice of fries ( I selected spicy) and my wife ordered penne pasta Bolognese which was ample and very tasty. I would challenge anyone to find a better meal, with nicer ambiance and excellent service anywhere in the Miami area.
LOVED IT!!!

Recommend the Caribbean for Two for a meal. It was so full of flavor, absolutely delicious. They removed the coconut shrimp appetizer from our bill even though they replaced the ones that were cool in the center. This was greatly appreciated especially as we didn’t request they take it off our bill. They care about service!
