From start to finish issues. I was calling in an order for delivery. The young woman who picked up had no call presence but that’s a dying gift, I’ll excuse it. What I couldn’t excuse is that I had to repeat my order for every ITEM, twice or more. I prices were high so I asked for a review of the order. Information was incorrect, so I had to put my whole order in all over again. The total drastically changed, much less than original, incorrect order (thank goodness I asked). I said I would pay upon delivery and the individual concluded the order as I was saying “do you want my address,” hung up. I believe this is a needed item for a delivery so i called back. I explained that I had previously called and was hung up on before I could give my address. “My bad,” is not a proper response to pretty much anything. She then stated that she would have to put the entire order in again (third time for those people counting). She had asked if this was ok and I said , “no” and, this time, I hung up. Almost an hour goes by and my neighbor texts me to say that my pizza was coming as she had to redirect the driver to my home. She knew it was me because it was my name but was listed as her address (another mistake). I had not expected the order but was going to take it and pay since it was already here. The driver then handed me the order. An order of breadsticks was not there despite me ordering it (on what I thought was a cancelled order). I then reviewed the pizza orders to see if those were correct. They weren’t and it’s easy to tell because everything had pork on it and I’m Jewish so there is no way I ordered that. I sent everything back. Driver was very nice and polite. Very patient. The receipt has Jen written across the top, (the driver was a male) so that is probably who messed it up. I also tried to call to talk to someone personally but was put on hold and then no one answered after ten minutes so I hung up.

It was actually better before switching locations. I’ve ordered about 4 times since the switch, and only 1 order (carry out) was good.
The 2nd carry out order tasted funny and was sloppily made. The other 2 were delivery and both were VERY late. The first, I ordered early in the day for later, so it wasn’t a big deal.
The 2nd was at dinner time. It arrived an entire hour late (an hour after the latest estimated delivery time) while my 2 little ones were waiting and they were about ready to pass out asleep by the time it arrived. We live approximately 5-7
minutes from the location and that’s if you get stopped at both lights.
I had called the store about 15-20 minutes before it actually arrived and the young lady who answered the phone acted like she couldn’t be bothered and pretty much hung up in my face after mumbling “He should be there soon”.
I did get offered a free pizza both times from what I assume is an automatically generated system response through email. I haven’t bothered to use the 2nd free pizza and intstead opted to buy Domino’s because the pizza is just that gross now.
Something about the cheese is different. It’s aways been “cheap”, but now it barely resembles the taste of cheese and is an unpleasant texture.
Not to mention…the increase in minimum delivery amount and obnoxiously high delivery fee…

We had high hopes when this Pizza Hut opened because it’s closer to where we live, but unfortunatly it’s a no go. Gave them 3 tries considering they were a new operation but every order was a problem. 1st order included burnt pizza, even though we ordered it lightly baked. Second order was 2 wrong pizzas, and the third order left food out of the pick-up order. The staff is uninviting so we will go slightly out of our way to Western Blvd.

Ordered pizza on the app they lost my order then told me they would remake it they then proceed to forget to remake my order until I remind them. now an hour after order they finally make something but of course not the full order and expect me to wait around until they fix it for a 3rd time. Don’t waste the effort on this place still don’t have the refund and no pizza

First and last visit to this new Pizza Hut on Gum Branch. Wife and I ordered via the app for carry out, picked the pizza up as soon as it was ready, drove 5 mins home to open up a pizza that appeared to have been made a few hours ago and was just sitting around. Simple tavern crust with regular pepperoni and cupped pepperoni. The cupped pepperoni tasted old and was hard as a rock. Pizza was barely warm and very noticeable that it was old and not fresh. Drove back up to show them and explain that we want a fresh pizza made. The female working the counter gets negative points for her people skills and then I hear the man on shift fussing and asking who was complaining. I very enthusiastically yelled, “Me!!” And waved my arms at him with a smile. They made us a new pizza that was 1,000,000 times more fresh and not a single sorry or explanation or how can we make this right to earn your future business. Just a silent look as she hands me the new pizza. ♂️ These younger kids need a lesson in etiquette badly. Never spending my hard earned money here again. Buyers beware.
Oh, and to make things even better, she didn’t even make the pizza correctly the second time!!!!!!! Only regular pepperoni and no cupped pepperoni. But I guess that would actually require attention to detail from the staff making the pizza. Oh well, such is life. Lesson learned to avoid this place.

I have ordered twice from this pizza hut. They never get my order correct. I always have something missing when the delivery driver shows up. Whenever I do tell them it’s wrong, they tell me they will credit my account but they never do.

Added bacon to a pizza whose recipe does not include bacon ( normally, this would be awesome, but some of my family doesn’t eat bacon )
Also forgot to add ranch to the order. I’d give a higher review, but mistakes like these and your app expects a tip. You literally have to click other and type in 0$. It’s a carry out order, I’m not tipping for a carry out order. Especially when you can’t add items that are purchased or follow your own recipes.

Your delivery driver in a black truck with a license plate that starts with a VFF just cut off multiple people on gum branch and nearly caused multiple accidents doing 60 in a 45. Maybe you should control your drivers.
