Awesome experience from the ease of making the order to how good everything tasted. Ashley helped get our order together for a work lunch party and even with all our customizations and requests (different subs and toppings on the sides etc) everything was perfect. I don’t know if there was something special but these were the best subs I had in a while. 10/10 service and quality.

I placed an online order, was charged, credited and charged again. When I came in to pick my order up I was told they never received an order (I confirmed address). After showing the employees the charge and my order placed on my phone they contacted the owner. The owner informed the employees that the issue was not them but the server. I was told to contact subway but nobody had a telephone number or had any idea as to how to contact subway. So here I am charged for food that I am not going to receive. Thank you subway for nothing. I do not recommend placing an online order for this location. I’m very upset and will not be supporting this location ever. I will also place a complaint at the BBB.

My experience was terrible, when I walked in I was trying to just have a conversation about my order and the two ladies working tonight had a straight up attitude and didn’t want me to say anything to them and when they did respond to me they had a frown on their face like they did not want me to say anything to them and they acted like they did not want to talk to me at all and they were very nonchalant with me. Makes me wonder if management is the same way and teaching the workers to act like that!!!

Absolute joke the workers there at least the ones I saw. I told the girl I wanted a six inch. Cool she just kept chatting with other workers while she made me a footlong. Then when I said I asked for a six inch I got an attitude from the girl like it was my fault she don’t listen. Made me feel awkward. Not going back to this one.

Can they go under new management or just shut down all together?? The employees currently working on 6/7/25 are the rudest and most unprofessional people ever. They suck and will go up to Walmarts subway from now on.

The lunch crew at this location is 5 stars. Spot on and never have an issue. They have even contacted me in the past to make sure an order was correct because it varied from my normal order. Great bunch of people.

But EVERY time I get something from the evening crew, there’s an issue. Last time I used an the app to order an hour ahead of time. I get there and the “meatballs aren’t ready yet”. Tonight, I order two subs and two personal pizzas. There’s only one personal pizza when my wife brings it home. Ridiculous.

You shouldn’t be able to own a franchise and not go along with the national franchise advertising. This location does not offer “free cookie Friday” nor do they accept the subway coupons that are mailed to you. They only accept these coupons on the sandwich’s they wish to. The girls working there are always friendly; it’s not their fault the owner chooses not to participate in things other subways do. I’ll travel to temple next time. They’ll
give me a free cookie on Friday and take my coupons.

What an experience my visit was to the “best subway in West Georgia. ” To start the visit.. the staff didn’t seem to rush to take my order, nor were they concerned of the 6 people behind me waiting to order. After receiving my order.. I was so happy to find my pizza in fact still frozen. Upon letting the staff know of my issue they seemed to be annoyed with my complaint on frozen food… I’d give mo star to this experience, but that’s not an option.
