I frequent this place ALOT! I love chicken salad. My favorite here is the Fancy Nancy. Unfortunately, lately it hasn’t been too fancy. For example today. 1 grape in the whole scoop, and no apples. They only gave me 4 pk of crackers to eat giant scoop of not so Fancy Nancy, and what’s worse…..no cookie. Whomp whomp. Very disappointed. But most times, I get great service & perfect order.

This was my 1st time ever at Chicken Salad Chick. I had been curious about is offerings for some time so I decided to satisfy desire to know… that and I was hungry lol. With the help of the lady at the counter, and a free sample, I decided to go with the seasonal Greek Goddess chicken salad on a croissant. It had feta and olives which is always a winning combination in my book. When my order arrived I realized you’ll never leave the restaurant stuffed from the portion size or anywhere close to having enough for leftovers, but I felt satisfied. I do wish the side of broccoli salad was larger than a tablespoon. It was VERY good just as the reliable counter employee said. I would mention her name if I could remember it. Thought the food was good, she was my favorite part of the experience. On my next visit I’ll order a larger broccoli side

Excellent service and excellent food! They had enough chicken salad on the sandwich they weren’t skimpy about it and it was perfectly proportioned. The iced tea was fresh and not weak like most places and the cookies and dessert are delicious. This location is way better than Covington Georgia where actually closest to me but I will drive here before going to Covington for sure.

Wanted to try Chicken Salad Chick for some time and finally had the opportunity. It was close to closing so they were sold out of a lot of choices but had a chance to try the spicy, the lemon grass, and plain. All were delicious with the free crackers. Also got a piece of the white chocolate cake that was really good and really rich. Overall an awesome meal.

Great music and wonderful dining atmosphere. AJ was my cashier this time and Miss Tara Carter, the GM is always amazing and such a friendly and personable leader. She gave me and my daughter samples of sides we had never tasted. She interacts with all the customers and is very professional and cordial. Please stop by and sit for awhile and you’ll see why this is one of my fave lunch spots in the area.

Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. They burnt my toast to the point I couldn’t even eat it. How do you put this together knowing that you as the cook wouldn’t even accept this as your own. I never have this issue at the one in Fayetteville. Do better!!!

Nice place for a light lunch if you’re craving something cold, they have many different varieties of chicken salad. Today I tried the southwest chicken salad on a croissant with the southwest zest soup and a side of grape salad. Everyone here was pleasant and the restaurant was clean and refreshing.
