Amazing New DQ!
This Dairy Queen is brand new and absolutely fantastic! The place is super clean, modern, and welcoming. The customer service is amazing — the staff is friendly, fast, and really make you feel taken care of. The food came out fresh and delicious, and everything tasted great. Definitely one of the best DQ locations I’ve been to. Highly recommended!

My first visit at this location was outstanding! I didn’t catch the name of the manager, but she was incredible and holding her own with 4 families walking in around the same time to be served. There were several children in line, and she made sure to pay close attention to every one of them, and was so sweet and patient with everyone during that rush. HER ATTITUDE kept the whole environment so light and happy. I think I’ll be back again real soon

Utterly disappointing… When this place first opened up it was fantastic. Sadly since the quality has hit rock bottom. Tonight will be my last night ordering from this establishment until major changes have been made. My Sprite tasted disgusting and as if the fountain is growing mold. The burger came with enough ketchup to feed a small village and the BBQ sauce that was supposed to come with the Chicken tenders was also missing. Upon calling the store and speaking with the “Manager” I was greeted by a exceptionally lifeless and standoffish woman named “Tiffany” who assured me that the drink fountain is “cleaned every single night” although she did state that the are SEVERAL complaints about the sprite tasting horrible. If in fact so many people have complained about the sprite then why offer it and essentially rob peoples money? I will be following up tomorrow for a refund and calling to file a formal complaint with the head office. Its truly sad that this location has fallen to such pathetically low standards.

The folks are very nice and the place is very clean. The food even seems cleaner than McDonald’s or Burger King. However, they’re a a few things they could improve on and that is consistency and their pretzels. I live pretzels but these are nothing more than warmed up breadsticks, drenched in butter with very little salt and squishy and soggy. I couldn’t even get past picking one up to try it. It was so disgusting.

Just went by Dairy Queen and the window lady was extremely rude to me after I explain to her I am recovering from a stroke, so I told her that it may be a little hard to understand me. Her response was yep, and then took my money at the widow but she didn’t wanna bring my food to the window and had another associate to do for me. Employee Tiffany R was the very rude one, as well as the other associate, the other employee brought my food to the window complete lack of customer service, Care and Compassion as much as Tiffany R. It was a struggle to write this review due to me having a stroke And being very much distressed after the way, I was treated due to something I couldn’t help happen to me. The store stared off very good but it went downhill fast. The worse customer service I have experienced at any fast food location in this country.

Dairy Queen is our favorite place for dessert in Crawfordville. The store is always bright, clean, and comfortable. We appreciate the staff being friendly and welcoming each time we visit. I loved the cute Christmas decorations, they made me smile. Thanks DQ for bringing back the Cherry Dipped Cone.. my husband LOVES it! Great service, prices, & food all under one roof!

I am from out of town and purchased a large undecorated Blizzard cake, bubble HB candle holders $10, candles $1.99, and a 6 & 0 for 1.99 each. The decorations were $16. My SIL purchased items too and I did not need these so was returning with my receipt. The male employee that I dealt with was rude, arrogant and condescending. He told me that the items came with the cake and I showed him again that it was a plain cake and that I had paid for the decorations. He then told me the item I paid $10 for was only $1.99 and he was the one that marked everything. He refused to give me the full refund, would not credit my charge account and only gave me $8 cash and refused to give me a credit receipt. I told him I did not agree with this and he told me “I don’t care what you think”, turned and walked away. I would like my other $8 refund and I would hope that you address this situation and his poor customer service.

Let me tell you guys about Tiffany and her crew at Dairy Queen. They are everything. Great hot fresh food. I always get my bang for my buck. The place is always clean inside and out. The service is top tier. Tiffany is the most nicest, friendliest and courteous manager. Not just with us but with everyone that walks in. Most times I eat in but when I do use the drive thru the service is just as fast and friendly. Everyone is great especially Tiffany. Keep up the awesome work.
