Not a fan anymore just not my cup if tea. Food was cold, guy at the counter was very sweet but something about the menu needs to change. Building was run down, parking lot was a driveway of potholes. Would of rather spent my money at McDonald’s across the street which I ending up doing.

Good food for fast food. Tables are usually dirty when we get there. More attention should be paid to disinfecting tables, counter where we place orders and door handles. Please be more careful when putting ketchup or mayonnaise in buns. Sometimes it oozes out the sides.

I just left there and I’m not happy. Went through the drive through and ordered, 10 nuggets, cheese sticks and sweet and sour sauce. Got to the other side of town and found not sauce for the nuggets or the cheese sticks. Go back and the so called manager is in the window. Very rude young lady, says they have no way to put the sauces in the computer. Then slammed the window in my face. I went inside and all of the crew was laughing at me because she slammed the window in my face. She, the store manager, says she doesn’t get paid enough to remember sauces for her customers. I left my food there and left. I will not go back to that Burger King. This store doesn’t deserve one star but I had to put one star so I can make the comment.

Always fast, and very good food. Sometimes a bit rude, but that is to be expected in fast food. It is a very hard business to work in. The customers just want the food and the worker feeds them with no reward. The paycheck could be earned somewhere else. Believe me… fast food is THE WORST job you could ever have. I know. But these folks seem to get it done anyways. In contrast the Presque Isle Burger King must be run by a complete moron. Burger King should always be the best fast food resturant IF procedures are followed correctly. Caribou has is right. Presque Isle…. Well… MORONS

Absolutely horrible service, we were told they were out of lettuce (they were not) and they didnt put sauce on sandwich, the second time through they said they could give the money back instead of making the sandwich the right way. We then ordered two more with that money and we got a sandwich smeared in sauce … thanks bk and I even wasted the money back on you a second time

We had a huge $45 order between 8 of us the order was incorrect, ALL the food was cold we took the food back and still came back replaced with old cold food. Nothing was fresh at all. It was dirty I side the left screws from a broken piece of wall on a table. Even though this establishment is franchise they have to adhere to certain corporate rules for the up keep.

The few times I have gone to this burger king my orders have ether been the wrong thing, or we have had missing items. Really sick of this will not be going back!!!! Will go to McDonald’s from now on.
