Stopped in on short notice around dinner time and there was plenty of seating. Chose the bar side. Our server, Bryce was friendly, attentive, prompt and overall excellent.
We ordered the chicken Alfredo pizza which was delicious!

Big shoutout to the host tonight, I think his name was Lyric. Super friendly and greeted us with a smile, and he made sure we got a booth pretty fast. It wasn’t crazy, and everything moved pretty smooth. We had one of the newer servers, I think his name was Shane, and he did a great job for someone just starting out. Drinks and food came out pretty quick and he checked in on us the right amount.
Overall, really good experience tonight. Thanks, Old Chicago!

Bar tender Kimmie made our visit so fun! She was attentive, funny, and sincere. Her energy was refreshing. I’m sure my family will be back soon. We ordered the calzones, and they were served hot! We’re very pleased with Old Chicago.

I had a wonderful time with the food! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our server was quick to assist us, and we ordered some appetizers that arrived in about 20 minutes. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the table next to ours. I know it’s not the restaurant’s fault, but the man there caused quite a scene. It really ruined our experience. He was very rude to his server, who was being incredibly polite and trying to sort things out. I noticed he was being disrespectful to the staff at the front as well. You can’t bring bad behavior into a restaurant and expect them to pity you. Whoever this man is, I think he could use some help!

Our 2nd and last attempt. Thin crust raw, wet, not crispy at all. Hand tossed just fell apart, not cooked. Our first was a thick raw pan, so we tried something different. Still disappointed. Our server was great. She was the bartender also, offered to have a manager come by, and a discount. No thank you. Were done.

My husband and I came in last night (February 21st) to pick up dinner to go, we ordered in advance on the app. He had enough rewards for a free appetizer so he used that as well. We live on base, so we drove all the way home before we realized his meal was not in the bag. We then had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get it. It was frustrating but definitely not the end of the world. When the only girl working the hostess stand (dark hair pulled back in a ponytail) came back out with my husband’s food at about 7:15 pm, she simply slid the calzone across the counter and turned her back to me to gossip with her two male co workers. There was zero apology for the hassle and inconvenience – in fact she didn’t speak to me at all. She didn’t even look at me. I understand some patrons at a restaurant can be unreasonable and demanding, I’ve been a hostess. That’s not what this was at all. You might want to re-train your host staff on how to treat people since they are the first employees that guests encounter when they enter your establishment, and therefore it is crucial that they deliver service with a smile and apologize when someone is unnecessarily inconvenienced. Thank you for your time.

First time trying Old Chicago And we are both pretty happy. The service at first of the bar was a little disorganized But once Jade took over, he was amazing! He gave us updates on how long our food would be kept our drinks full. It was super friendly. We got the pizza rolls to start and those were great. We didn’t try the pizza Yet, But the manicotti and fish and chips were both amazing!!! We’ll be back absolutely. Still a lot of kinks being worked out because it’s a new restaurant so be patient

I was iffy but the delicious soda fountain drinks were fun and cute with our meal. The tap selection made it nice to see local brews for the hometown feel. A nice step up option from popular brand name choices. I recommend the baked cauliflower for a lighter, delicious, but not filling appetizer. I could have eaten this for a main course and been happy. We tried two different pizzas; the meats, and a BBQ chicken, both with Chicago crust. Delicious ingredients, great crust and the BBQ gave a little spice. They both left me wanting more. With plenty of leftovers for a midnight snack or breakfast. Being my first time at OcP the menu was a little confusing for all the options but so well worth it.

I only go to Old Chicago in Great Falls when Kimmie is bartending, shes not rude or huffing and puffing and always has a smile on her face and makes my day. I go there to get away from attitudes and the grind and Kimmie is the best female bartender on there staff hands down. Kolby is an excellent host, always gets me where I need to go, even if im just going to the bar!

Wow just wow I’m not one to write bad reviews if I didn’t have a good experience but tonight was something different. The food was subpar at best. The service was lacking to say the least. This place was fine when it opened up but has gone downhill hard and fast. I expect conversations to happen in a restaurant but when an employee is off the clock being load and obnoxious while we’re trying to enjoy our meal to the bartender takes it to a whole new level. Where’s the basic standards of care too? Server never checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything while on the other hand checked on other tables several times
