Excellent BBQ. Everything I had was delicious. Gave me a sample of the pork belly…probably the best I’ve ever had…had to get a to go order and an extra moon pie to take home. Legit BBQ spot, will definitely be back.

In town for a funeral and knew we needed bbq for lunch. We found the reviews for this place and had to try it. Thankfully they weren’t out of anything when we got there and among three of us, we tried brisket, ribs, and chicken, the potato salad, slaw, and fruit, and of course the moon pies.
Everything was absolutely delicious! The meat was all tender and juicy, the slaw was crisp and refreshing, and rhe potato salad was a delicious twist on a classic. And the moon pies were out of this world!
Obi took our orders and served us and came out to chat about our visit and the food. It added to our delightful lunch experience and we were all so happy that we chose this for lunch! We’re hoping to make it back a second time before heading back home.
I didn’t get any pics because I was busy enjoying everything. Sorry not sorry!
Update: we managed to go back on our way to the airport and I actually managed to snap a pic! It includes moon pies, the fruit salad, slaw, a sample of burnt ends (I think? It was delicious!), and then brisket and a chicken thigh for the main meats. The bbq sauce is maybe the best of this type I’ve ever had. So awesome and tasty!!

Was looking for new food trucks we haven’t tried , and came across this one ! Everything was super delicious and unique , the staff was incredibly nice and let us try some pork burnt ends while we waited on our food , those were totally incredible ! Loved the fresh option of the cool salad !

Amazing BBQ. Brisket is the best I’ve ever had. The Vaquero beans are excellent and so is the Bahn Mi. The service is just as good as the food which means you get a friendly face with an excellent attitude. I highly recommend giving Space Craft BBQ a try. You will probably become a regular customer after tasting the quality and flavors of their food. Not expensive at all.

It’s a food trailer. Don’t let the looks fool you. You can eat outside under a tent. Received lean brisket and rib plate with tater salad and beans. Brisket so tender you didn’t need teeth. Ribs perfectly cooked with a little bite with a bit of a sweet and savory seasoning. If I could give the food higher than a 5 I would. The beans had slightly sweet and chili flavor. The tater salad was unexpected. So good I had to eat the entire dish and clean the dish. Even the pickles are homemade. Nothing faked here. True Texas BBQ.

The only REAL bbq in Clearlake or southeast Houston. Pretty convenient that you can order and wait in your car for a text, rather than standing in the heat. Had to tear up my banh mi before leaving the parking lot. It was loaded. Can’t recommend this place enough but let the food and friendly service speak for itself

Great food for a reasonable price! They do a twist on some of the tastiest BBQ we have had in Houston/Texas. Brisket was perfectly seasoned and prepared, melts in your mouth. The BahnMi sando offers great bbq flavors without being heavy. Their moon pies are bomb. Will come back.

I tried Space Craft BBQ for the first time today. I ordered the Pork Belly Banh Mi! I was very excited for this sandwich and was even more excited after taking my first bite and experiencing this deliciousness. I cant recommend this sandwich enough. Every flavor is perfect and amazing. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Best brisket being served in the greater Houston area right now (imo). Perfectly moist, not too salty and great crust. The pork belly burnt ends are also incredible, my mouth waters just thinking about them, best I’ve ever had—sweet and salty and juicy. And don’t sleep on the turkey! This place is AWESOME you will not regret a visit! And shockingly not busy at key bbq times ♀️ Come before they blow up!
