The food was OMG!! So good. It will be a must visit when we’re in Houston. We ordered the sushi Bori, crunchy Philly, Philly roll, shrimp tempura, spicy crab tostones and we ate the shrimp katsu fried rice. Delicious delicious food.

Been here a couple of times and let me tell you guys that I have never been let down. The food is always amazing! The fish and other ingredients are very high quality and always taste so fresh. The owner, Chef Ruben, is highly skilled at what he does and offers the best customer service ever! Every time I come, I always feel welcomed as a long time friend. If you’re ever in the area or need a quick pick-up, I would highly recommend this place. Being completely honest, I think I prefer this spot over an actually restaurant, it’s so yummy!

The owner was so nice and you can tell he’s so passionate about what he does. He was super personable and suggested some great food for us. The sushi itself is SO FRESH. Like, you can definitely tell how fresh it is. Overall it’s a really awesome spot and I love the picnic table right by so we could eat outside!

I have had sushi in very expensive restaurants and with authentic Japanese chefs. and chef Reuben ranks right up to the top of them. We did not have sashimi. Both my wife and I like tempura fried rolls so we tried the Bacalito and the crunchy Phili rolls. They were outstanding.Gourmet sushi and reasonable prices. We will definitely be back

Wow…just got the veggies rolls. These are veggie tempura rolls. They have a slight sweet taste which is different and are nice and crispy. They are made fresh. Excellent! The location in Friendswood that I went to has little picnic tables to sit at and a few other food trucks. Love it.

I won’t lie, I was skeptical at first because of it being a food truck. I read the reviews and the reviews convinced me to try it. Their food was great! I understand now why other reviews said they taste fresh. They were freshly made on the spot. We got the spicy cali, crunchy phili, and the orgamilicious, and they were all amazing. I like how even the classic rolls were affordable yet were still just as great as their specialty rolls. I also really appreciate how quick they are to reply to customers on their social media platform. Next time, I’ll make sure to post a picture.

This was honestly the best sushi I’ve had in my life. I door dashed so I didn’t even know it was a food truck, but what I received was amazing. I devoured 3 rolls in about 15 minutes. The presentation was excellent (especially for delivery) it was all very fresh and delicious! I full recommend Sushi Biro!!
