I had such a great experience at this Dunkin! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. You can really tell when people enjoy what they do, and that energy made the whole visit better.
On top of the great service, they surprised us with a sweet sample just out of kindness, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. It honestly made our day and showed how much they care about their customers. The drinks were delicious, everything was quick and smooth, and the atmosphere was friendly and positive.
Little moments like this are what keep people coming back, and this location absolutely nailed it. Huge thank you to the amazing team for going above and beyond—I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this Dunkin to anyone!

I finished this $8 matcha latte drink in 2 minutes because of how much ice is in it. Confronted staff about it and they just gave me some corporate nonsense. Not blaming the staff, probably something the manager enforces to cut costs and shaft customers.
