Terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza today at 7:24pm for 33.17. The money came out of my account. I never got an email and no order was shown. I called cassanos and asked what was going on. They said there was a computer glitch. They said there was no active order. I said but I paid for this pizza. They refused to rectify the situation and order my pizza again stating that I would have to pay for my pizza twice. I told them I can’t pay $66 for a small pizza. They refused to help me.

As good as it ever was. It’s been years since I had a pizza and sub from here. The crust still has that old fire oven taste. The classic sauce just can’t be matched anywhere public. The new digs are better and have a lot more space and atmosphere, in comparison to the old outlet location. Take out or eat right there and chat for a while – no disappointments either way.

Ordered a super deluxe pizza and they brought a cheese pizza. Called and got the new pizza delivered. The driver then took the cheese pizza, which we had ate on while waiting on our corrected pizza. I was completely surprised they did that. All they can do it throw out the pizza they delivered by mistake so why not let us keep it for THEIR mistake.

Ordered a spm medium pizza. Toppings look cheap at best and on a budget so minimal.
Crust is as thin as a tortilla (shoulda chose mexican anyway).
Pizza was cut into bite size squares so thanks i guess.
But the seats at the tables (only one other customer in the place) hadnt been wiped down in a bit.
The employees are actively arguing and cursing (eff word derby) in the back and i can hear every word from the front.

Ordered a large pizza over Memorial Day weekend. Overall pizza was just ok. Pizza was very dry, almost sauceless, and REALLY lacking in cheese. Toppings were kind of bland, even the large chunks of sausage, and it seemed over salted. Even with toppings pieces were so thin, and I’ve had Cassano’s in the past so I know they are a “thin crust” style pizza, but this crust was cardboard thin. Really disappointing, not the Cassano’s I remember from my childhood.

The chicken wings were soggy and even after an extra 10 minutes in my air fryer they still tasted horribly and many of the wings were broken or shattered. The pizza isn’t very good either. They’re super stingy with the toppings and once it’s cooled down you may as well throw it in the trash because it really can’t be reheated. They also forgot to give me the desert I paid for. They food also took 15 minutes longer than they said it would.

My last two Pizzas from New Lebanon Cassano’s have been top notch, 10/10. It’s always good and never any less than a a 8/10, but the last 2 were excellent!

Ordered crust crispy. Recieved a soggy crust.
7 inch steak sub ordered. Received 7 inch steak sub that was halved and smaller in size. Need to go back to 1995 and start over. You used to be the best but now your packaging is rated better than your product you put into it. Half a steak sub is served as an half of a sub. When someone ask for crispy crust it’s 1.5 times through oven.
I’ll think twice about ordering until you figure out it out. Thanks. Steve
