Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I am allergic to white meat, these people put white meat in my food mind you I you spent over $40 On the chicken alone.As I specified to the lady at the window, She then tells me I can’t get white meat cause I didn’t put that on the DoorDash. And some of the chicken looked like they took a piece out of it…. Mind you there’s no option for that on the DoorDash. So I just had to pay for food I cannot eat.
Do better with the way you talk to people and your customer service.

Everyone that works here lacks basic customer service skills. It doesn’t matter what time of day or who’s working, you’ll get horrible service and 9 times out of 10 your order is wrong. I haven’t ordered here a single time and had my order right, or got halfway decent service. I tried to call the store one time when my order was wrong and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Tell me why next time I’m in the store waiting on an order, the phone is ringing off the hook and a MANAGER chastised another employee for answering the phone because “We don’t answer that phone here. If someone calls we just let it ring.”

Corporate or some higher-ups needs to get involved here because this whole operation is insane.

Hands down the WORST Popeyes experience I’ve ever had.

The girl working the drive-thru was beyond rude — completely unresponsive while I was ordering, like I was inconveniencing her by existing. No greeting, no confirmation, no receipt, nothing. Just attitude and silence.

Of course, the order was wrong. I ordered mac and cheese — didn’t get it. I didn’t even know what I was charged for because, again, NO RECEIPT.

The food? Absolutely disgusting. Fries were ice cold, not “lukewarm,” not “sat for a minute” — ICE. COLD. The sandwich was cold too, like it had been sitting there for hours. Everything was packed so sloppy it looked like it had been thrown into the bag out of spite.

We’re on a road trip, hadn’t eaten in hours, and didn’t have time to argue or go somewhere else, so we forced ourselves to eat cold, wrong food and left completely irritated.

This place clearly doesn’t care about customers, food quality, or basic customer service. If you want attitude, cold food, missing items, and zero accountability, this is the spot. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Absolute garbage customer service. cold food. Rudest and slowest person i have ever seen. My fries and sandwich were both cold. I asked for extra pickles and there were no pickles. I asked for two mac & cheese and there was no mac & cheese. no thank you. And I found a curly hair in my food.

I placed two separate orders at the window. First order was a kids meal leg with mashed potatoes and a sprite. The second order was just a leg. I went to the window to pay for my first order which was $6 and some change I gave her a $20 bill and the change, she then handed me $10 bill which it should’ve been $14 which she then gave me the price for the second order so I paid her with a $10 bill and she then gave me the $7 and some change back for that order. So I was still holding the $10 she gave me back for the first order in my hand and I told her she didn’t give me enough back, she then act as if she didn’t know what happened and ask manager to open the drawer back up to give me the rest of my change and she did. She then ask me do I still want the second order I said yes I just paid you for it a minute ago. Then the guy manager came over to the window very aggressive and rude. Just a reminder I’m the only customer at the window. He then told me to pull up because he need to count the drawer and slammed the window in my face twice as if he wanted to fight me. Really loud tone and very aggressive saying he has to watch his time I can’t sit there I have to pull up. I pulled up and my mom got right out to get her leg he say I didn’t pay for it and if she want one she have to pay for it. So not only was I disrespected by the manager his employee basically took my money and didn’t even give me my food. Very poor customer service and this should not have happened. This was definitely my last time coming to Popeyes!! This happened yesterday 10/03/25 around 1:30. Not to mention she didn’t give me any receipts.

My experience with this Popeyes was awful. For fast food you think it would come out quick. It took 22 minutes, after pulling me forward, just for a spicy sandwich combo. On top of that, there were no pickles on my sandwich, The chicken was dry, and the bun was burnt. They also got both of my sides wrong.

Was in town for homecoming and our son wanted to eat at Popeyes. Arrived to see an individual who appeared to be a manager throwing a fit behind the counter and arguing with another employee. Waited several minutes and was not even asked about ordering food so we left. Unfortunately, it appears Popeyes is quickly adopting this atmosphere across their franchise as the popeyes on our side of town has a very similar vibe. ‘Welcome to Popeyes! Hope you aren’t here for friendly professional service.’

This is my second bad experience. Will not be back. I had to wait 10 minutes to even order at the drive thru (only person in line) finally ordered. Started driving around to the window and the girl threw her arm out for me to stop. I waited 5 feet from the window because every time I tried to get closer, she told me to stop. Again, I’m the ONLY person there. When I finally get to the window, she forgets my drink. Then I get home and I didn’t even have my sides. So frustrating.

Chicken taste old and nasty didn’t even want to try anything else and it was only 10:30 when I ordered. The manager attitude nasty and the bathroom nasty. Everything just nasty! I see why they have a 3 star rating. DO BETTER! The only thing nice was the nice young lady on the front counter. 8/24/25
