I’ve visited this location multiple times and every time it has been horrible. They have made my pickup sandwiches wrong multiple times. Recently, I accidentally placed an online order to the wrong location. When I called the restaurant to cancel and change locations, they refused a refund and had a horrible attitude. Stay away from this smug place.

Food was gross and the young lady making the food had the worst attitude. She started taking my order with a very rude “Yes” Im like yes… what how abt Hi how can I help you or something like that. I will never let anyone with a bad attitude touch my food again. I ordered the steak and cheese and the steak didnt taste real. I also ordered a BMT it was terrible, I ball up both and threw them in the trash.

It appears the temperature is quite high, reaching 107 degrees, and it seems the air conditioning may not be operational. The vegetables are reportedly in a state of near-melting, and the customer service experience has not been satisfactory.

Very clean location. Service was awesome… went close to closing time unfortunately but was still greeted with a smile & friendly service. Food was still fresh as they were wrapping up but didn’t mind getting things that were already put away back out. Customer service is VERY IMPORTANT TO ME! They delivered!

I was Soooooo happy to see that the Subway in Walmart had reopened!!! I always shop at this Walmart since moving back to Memphis, but since I’ve been here Subway had been closed. The Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sandwich is my Favorite. The young lady who served me was AWESOME! Everything was Soooooo Fresh, and evenly distributed throughout the sandwich. Welcome back Subway! YOU have been deeply missed. Thank you for your service.

Great food, but won’t honor local coupons; therefore, they my business years ago, which would have been hundreds + dollars in sales if they would honor some type of deal, but are too greedy and I no longer acknowledge their selfish overpriced business.
The saddest part is that I live five miles from this location, but only support Subway’s in other areas who respect their customers.

Horrible service. Came in after I got off work to get a sub. They had almost shut everything down despite the fact that it said they would be open for another hour. The girl then proceeds to start to make my sun on a dirty counter because they had taken up the cutting boards. Horrible service and disgusting practices. Will never go back and do not recommend to anyone else

Arrived at the store at 8:35 pm on 4-21-2020. Immediately when I entered an employee later identified as Mattie, aggressively ordered her co-worker to turn off the open sign. She was extremely rude throughout the whole experience. When asked for the corporate office number, she rudely replied ” We don’t have a corporate office.” When asked for the district manager number she was very abrasive and stated ” We don’t have a District manager.” I then asked if she had a store manager and she said yes and said their name in a mumbled voice that I could not understand. I have been a regular customer to subway for years and have never received service at this level. The protein bowl was below standard as was her attitude. In my anger, I did say they would never have to worry about me visiting that store again. With all the subways in my area, this may be a reality. It is unfortunate that a store owner would have to place their business and reputation in the hands of young people who could care less.
