Wonderful service every time I stop by! Really toughing it out with the speaker box so close to Cedar but they do an amazing job on the drinks every time- staff is friendly and positive vibes overall. Happy early holidays! Good spot to meet with folks and catch up.

I ordered bulk coffee for a volunteering event a few weeks ago. The event was unfortunately rained out. Luckily, weather improved the following day! However, I had to purchase another fresh bulk coffee order the next morning. I called ahead to order and explained what happened (just casually talking, not trying to get any sympathy points from them). Anyway, when I showed up, the guy at the counter told me no charge for the coffee! He was appreciative of our work and wanted to help.
I don’t want to get him in trouble, nor do I expect or advocate for freebies… But I wanted to say it was a really nice thing to do for me on an otherwise very stressful weekend. I will most definitely be going back to caribou for bulk coffee orders!

I’m beginning to see a disturbing trends with multiple Caribou locations with latte drinks ordered ahead that sit for 5+ min the foam shrinks and the coffee portion measures just at 1/2 cup. Anyone else seeing this shorting trend? Be aware.

Horrible first experience. Tried drive thru and cedar was way more loud then I had expected, the girl couldn’t hear a word I was saying. I also think that it was her first day on the job. They didn’t have decaf coffee… how are you a coffee place that doesn’t have decaf coffee? And I had ordered a blueberry muffin and two drinks and when I asked her to repeat my order she said the muffin and one drink. Online the vanilla espresso shaker comes with oat milk but I asked for it to make sure and she was super confused and she didn’t ask me if I wanted it iced or hot. Then when I asked if they had a promotion she said yes buy one get one 25% off but failed to mention that you had to have the rewards program app downloaded. Anyways I would NOT recommend this location. Even though there’s drive thru it’s not worth it.

This location is AWFUL. For being a new location, you’d think they would be quick, polite, and the drinks perfect. It’s far from that. My drinks never taste the same. You have employees giggling and making you repeat yourself in the drive-through. I rather drive a bit out of the way to go to another location that treat their customers better and get the drinks right. Coffee has gotten so expensive that when I do go to a coffee shop I want my experience to better than this. DO BETTER.
