I stopped in to this subway yesterday for my first time to try their new protein pocket and it was good , I mean really good. I picked the Italian trio one. The sandwich specialist made it with love and I tasted it in every bite. The store was clean, there was someone sweeping and cleaning while I was in there. I’ll be back again soon.

One of the best Subways in the area. The Staff is always friendly and helpful. They craft the sandwiches with care and they have enough staff to get the orders out quickly. The generous dining area is kept neat and tidy and the tables are wiped clean.

“Huge improvement under new management!”
You can really tell this Subway is under new management. The place is spotless, the staff is friendly, and everything feels fresh again. Sandwiches are made perfectly and with generous portions, and they actually take pride in what they seve. The staff is super welcoming. You can tell they’re trying hard—and it shows! This location is officially back on my regular rotation!

I am pretty sure this location recently changed ownership or management. Recently our experiences have been good enough that I was compelled to write a review! This is what a franchise/ownership should be: great people, great location, and great service. Certainly near the top tier of Subway locations we’ve visited. Thanks for the great work!

Zero is a better option. This location used to be good. We ordered on app like we usually do. 2 sandwiches were wrong and the other 2 had so much mayo that could not taste the chicken. Tried calling location no one would answer the phone. Husband went up there for them to remake. It looks like the same people purchased this location that owns the Woodman location. We stopped going there for the same reason.

This is a bright, clean store with excellent service. I stopped in 08/16/25 at about 7:00pm just because I had a gift card. I don’t normally eat at Subway and I don’t know what I was expecting but it was really, really good! I got a 6-inch Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch and my husband got a footlong All American. We got it to go, and added a bag of chips and some cookies. Both sandwiches were much better than I remember Subway sandwiches being! We will definitely be back.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. it seems like they just replaced all of their long time workers with non american workers for no reason. They have expired products on their sandwich unit, they don’t understand a word of english, and they skimp on products HEAVILY. charge extra for correct portions. I asked for a FOOTLONG turkey, which gets TWELVE slices of meat, and the guy put 6 and refused to make it right. CORPORATE needs to step in and investigate these owners!!! This was the last location i would go to in dayton/kettering since they replaced all of their original workers at the stroop and smithville locations as well. Save yourself the food poisoning and rude interactions, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS!!

Just stopped by this location and the employees here were so wonderful to me! So helpful so kind so friendly they were breath of fresh air! And the food OMG! The very best fresh ingredients restaurant super clean bathroom super clean. I can’t say enough good thing about this place.
