Went though the drive through ordered 2 bowls and 4 biscuits with honey.
What we got was extremely poor quality food the bowls had hard chicken old corn and half full. Oh and 1 biscuit no honey.

Disappointing experience. The cashier (Sierra) made multiple mistakes on my order (Ticket #2923). I was charged $3.98 for drinks I never ordered, and I was overcharged for a Lemon Cake (billed for more than I received). Unordered Drinks: I did not order drinks, but was charged $3.98 for 2 Aquafinas.
• Overcharged for Cake: I only ordered one Lemon Cake, but the receipt shows a charge of $5.99 and I only received one. Please double-check your receipts here before leaving the drive-thru. Very poor service.

So when your the only customer in the store and you spend five minutes at the counter watching 3 employees working and a manger roaming the back kitchen you might give up and goto Baesler’s Market for better chicken and service.
If the owner reads the reviews maybe they will connect dots of why there store is slow. When the only guy to walk in walks out with out chicken you should ask yourself why?

Was out of everything, dinning room was dirty, had a big bucket catching water. Took way too nling to get dinner in stuff, but they kept the drive through going real well. Even took for for dine in and gave to drive through.

Holy…. So im curious if a manager is actually stationed at this location. I only ask that because everything was a complete train wreck the moment we pulled up to the non working speaker system in the drive through! We left after 40min of waiting in the drive through so congratulations on losing $40 plus dollars KFC……..

The drive-thru speaker didn’t work. They forgot my sauces. I had to go back in to get them. Got to my meeting, and realized the mashed potato cups were only half full, and had hardly no gravy on them. They also forgot to give me napkins, and spoons for the mashed potatoes. Everyone agreed that we will go to Popeyes from here on out, because this never happens there. It’s ridiculous and pitiful how it seems so difficult to simply fulfill a food order correctly. I couldn’t even call the number to speak to a manager, because the number says it’s disconnected. Furthermore, they didn’t even provide a receipt. I guess that way they can tell people later that they should have their receipt.

What a joke of a restaurant. Placed a mobile order and was given a 20-30 minute wait time. After 30 minutes we were notified on the app that our order was ready. We went inside to get it only to be told they were all out of chicken except wings. Was told they wouldn’t get more because someone would have to drive 2-3 hours away to get more. When asked about a refund, was told we had to do it on the app. The person whose credit card was used then went inside to ask questions. No one knew how to do a refund, even the manager on duty. We were told to screen our order and come back tomorrow when the counter worker’s mom (general manager) would be there. Then miraculously they found chicken that they could cook. At least an hour if not more was wasted on waiting for answers and food, then the portions were small and forgot to give us the drink. No apologies, no refunds or discounts offered. Just a bunch of workers that just wanted to stand around and didn’t know who to contact or just didn’t want to contact anyone in management. If a restaurant doesn’t have the product to fill orders, then the order should not be fully processed on the app and signage should be put on doors and drive thru telling customers of the issue. This used to be a great place to eat. Come on people, do better or get jobs where you don’t have to serve the public.

I had quite the lengthy experience here. Stopped in to get chicken to take to my mother in law after she got home from the hospital as she enjoys KFC & we wanted to treat her to one of her favorites. Also ordered a bucket to take home. There was 1 other customer. Several ordered, came & left. I waited 40 mins for this food. The staff was friendly & I enjoyed visiting with customers but went in due to the drive thru originally being full. That also came & went snd even it was empty. Once I got the food and arrived at my mother in laws, went to get out, picking up her box of chicken & her chicken fell right out through the bottom of the box as the box wasnt put together correctly. The staff was friendly & the place was clean. And the chicken we did have was very good. We do enjoy KFC but if it werent for who ir was for, wouldnt of waited that long. For her I’d of waited longer but it did seem ridiculous for it to take so long with very few customers.

Well…in general the food is always delicious. The service, however, is hit n miss depending which young kids are working. Setup my pickup order for 6pm and when I got there at 601pm there were severe people waiting for their pickup…all because nobody cooked any chicken. Pretty good for a chicken joint huh?

Attempted to go. Drive through broken, says order at window. There’s a truck parked at the window. Are they ordering? waiting on an order? After 5 minutes with no sign of movement, we left to eat somewhere else. Are they just closed down now?
