Vito is an amazing host and chef. He really transformed the space into his own kitchen. You feel like you are at a friend’s place. The food was amazing from the appetizer to the dessert. He focuses on local ingredients and you know how much thought he put into each dish. I wish I could have the hazelnut calzone right now. Can’t wait to go back with more friends and try the rotating menu!!

The pizzas were absolutely incredible perfectly crisp on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and flavor combinations that felt authentic and thoughtfully crafted. We contacted il Maestro Pizzaiolo for our daughter’s bridal shower and we were very pleased from the start! Vito was so pleasant and made everything so easy. He explained everything in detail and I immediately felt comfortable that he would deliver. The day of the event, he showed up on time and his staff set up easily. The presentation was beautiful, they were very professional, and the pizzas were delicious! Vito was very attentive and constantly checked in with us to make sure that he stayed in rhythm. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you il Maestro Pizzaiolo for helping us make such a memorable event!

I went for a special private dinner and will definitely come back. Chef Vito was amazing and can see he has a true talent and love for food! He was very attentive and made us feel like we were home.
Everything we tried was exquisite, I wont make note of items since I do not know what is on the regular menu versus special occasions.
The wine was great, the burrata was delicious and the dough on all the pizzas was the perfect thickness. All the ingredients used were top quality.
Especially loved the pistachio pizza dessert, delicious if you love pistachio you must try this.

This might be the best pizza I’ve ever had. I actually ordered it through Uber Eats, and I liked it so much that they are going to be my wedding catering vendor! So trust me when I say they are the best. We had a tasting today, and Vito was beyond amazing. We are having four different types of pizza, and we couldn’t decide which one we liked better, all four were SO, SO GOOD. So when I say they are going to be part of my special day, it’s because they earned it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

What a wonderful experience! From our first phone consult, Chef Vito was informative and engaged in making sure the class was perfect for us. It is apparent he is an expert and loves sharing his craft. Vito brought everything needed for the experience down to outdoor lighting- he makes it a stress-free hosting experience. The setup was also so thoughtfully designed and made for a beautiful party rather than just being for utility. Things got even better when the class began. Vito is great at explaining things and took his time with each guest that had questions or needed guidance. Everyone got a really unique hands on experience. On top of that, the food is incredibly delicious and plentiful. Some of the best pizza we have had! We recently purchased our own outdoor pizza oven and Chef Vito spent so much time working with us and going through the A to Z’s of pizza making to get the most out of our oven while also keeping our guests fed and entertained. His passion is contagious and eveyone just enjoyed the evening so much. It was a perfect experience and we would highly recommend this class, and Chef Vito, to anyone looking for a fun, engaging, delicious way to spend an evening. Can’t praise this enough, thank you Chef Vito!
