Overall, the pizza was good, however one of them was made wrong. I called and Taylor offered a few options to make it right. I did appreciate it but instead, I just had it remade and picked it up. Then I tried the dessert which I was looking forward too. I didn’t eat it after tasting it, it was overcooked and dry. Definitely will not be coming back.

Ordered at 5:15….7:30 and it JUST showed up. Workers AND manager at this location were rude and unbothered when I called twice to ask what was taking so long. Pizzas finally show up, lukewarm and obviously old. Plus, no seals on any of the boxes… who knows what they did to the pizzas. Definitely not serving it to the kids who are here for a sleepover and now super hungry. This location is a joke.

We ordered online to deliver to business but it appears like the driver could not follow instructions. I tried flagging the driver but the driver kept going and didn’t wait. They did not call nor email. I called this store and they assured me to redeliver my order approx. new time of 9pm to my business location for me and other employees; but 10:21 pm nothing . This Papa left us orphaned (hanging) and our pizza went down to the John’s (Limbo) . We decided why even bother calling them a 3rd time. We even provided a great tip bc it was cold and “To Insure Promptness ” BUT: We got TIN …They Insured Nothing.

Absolutely terrible location. Placed order for delivery and first the online tracking wouldn’t work. After an hour we called in, spoke to the manager who confirmed it was on its way but running late… fair enough.
After TWO AND A HALF HOURS called in again, spoke to a different person who stated; “driver shows it delivered an hour ago”.
However, we had special instructions in our order for the driver to call or text upon arrival AND we kept an eye out our windows THE ENTIRE TIME and never ONCE saw a Papa John’s driver and never ONCE received any sort of update email, call or text.
During that second phone call the person on the phone also stated their driver had now gone home for the night (SERIOUSLY???) and they’d have to use DoorDash and remake the pizzas but seemed completely unbothered that 2 LARGE PIZZAS – A $50+ ORDER JUST UP AND WENT MISSING!

The store was definitely busy tonight and it looked like they might have been having some technical difficulties. But I will say there was one, Employee, Haleigh, I believe is what she said Her name was. Well she was working her butt off. That girl made tossing pizzas handing them out and helping her other employees. Look like a breeze. Job well done

Truly wanna give a zero. It’s like Xanned out zombies working. And I’m constantly waiting on a pizza I ordered 30 minutes prior and STILL waiting for an extra 15 minutes for a pizza that’s been cut in so many different shapes. This place is embarrassing and SO pathetic recently

Really fast pickup service- we got the hawaiian pizza, the alfredo jalapeno bites and a papapita thingy. We enjoyed all of it -really liked the chewy crust!

I honestly prefer their stuffed crust to Pizza Hut. I just wish they could if the basics down. On time delivery / correct order / pizzas arriving not smushed to one side of the box.

Today I noticed that I made an error not confirming a make ahead order did not complete. I called Papa Johns and confirmed my error. But not to fret, the website saved the order, and I was able to complete the order at 11:00AM and Papa John’s still had the order to me by 11:30AM! They went above and beyond to make sure my event still got fed without missing a beat. Thank you everyone for getting that large pizza order to me, hot, fast, and correctly. Great customer service.
