Haven’t visited Jimmy John’s in over seven years. But after leaving Northside hospital I decided to grab some food before heading back to the city of Atlanta.
Order one of the new toasted Sicilian sandwiches.
I also added lettuce tomato and oil and vinegar, and left off the mayo and tomato sauce.
I was pleasantly surprised and very happy!
It was perfectly toasted, not too hard but with a perfect crunch and the taste was magnificent.
The staff told me that this was a limited time sandwich and I’m hoping that Jimmy John’s will be smart enough to add this to their permanent menu!
The young lady who made my sandwich must’ve put the golden touch on it because it was perfect her name was Taylor!
The staff was friendly and accommodating, and very lighthearted. It was a joy actually to stop in this place.
Nothing better when you’re hungry than finding something that absolutely hits the spot and the people are happy to serve you without any attitude whatsoever. They actually seem like they were happy to be there. And so was I.
If you live around this area I highly recommend stopping into this place in this location.
If you’re visiting someone at the hospital and you want some good food this is a great place to stop in and get something fast but also delicious!

We have come to this locations several times in the last 2 years. Love Jimmy John’s sandwiches. However this location on Cumming Hwy has disappointed in the last 2 visits over the past 4 months or so. First time bathrooms out of order, fountain drink and ice machine down. Staff apologized and provided bottled drinks instead.
Now today, fountain drinks and ice still down. It hasn’t worked for months according to staff and they can’t get anyone to pay attention to come fix it. They provided bottled drinks again. And my my regular sandwich was thin on all ingredients. Feel bad for the staff having to explain to everyone drinks still down. We will not be returning to this location anymore but will continue going to other locations.

Love JimmyJohn s but this location smells bad, ice machine broken. I walked out before paying. Feels like I need a shower just from standing in there for few minutes. They told me it was the grease trap that was just cleaned. Every restaurant has one and I never smelled anything like this this.

This location is always out of something ice, salami, tuna etc. and then whatever you order that they do have it’ll be wrong. This has been an ongoing issue for months. My kid loves to grab Jimmy John’s after his soccer games and this is the only one close. We are going to start using the Jersey Mike’s up the street

Ice machine always broken, snarky crew members who are eating and drinking while taking orders. Store is dirty and not up to par with other stores. Not busy and order took a long time to make. Could not be more disappointed. Save yourself the hassle and got to Jersey Mike’s.

I’ve been eating there once a week for the last 4 months. I always get the same thing a #7 Spicy East Coast Italian with extra peppers. Combo price is $5 cheaper than other sub shops. I usually order and pay on the app five minutes before I get there. My sub and jalapeño chips are already bagged up and ready to go when I get there. Restaurant is always clean, employees are always nice. I will continue to go there as long as I’m working in that area. Owner does need to get the men’s restroom fixed. It’s been closed down for a while.

So right off the bat my first impression was not good because the customer service is seriously lacking at this location. For contex I came here on September 12, 2025 around 3 PM. Not a single person warmly greeted me, or even as much as as cracked a smile. The team was much more interested in talking amongst themselves than trying to provide any kind of good customer service. And then to top it off, my sandwich was mediocre at best. They did not put enough ranch sauce on it, and it was as dry as the Sahara desert. Won’t be back.

The fast service and food were fine as usual. The problem was the atmosphere. When I arrived there were no customers and what seemed like 10 employees. They were all being so loud and unprofessional. It was fine at first because there were no customers. I sat at a table towards the back to try to get away from the chaos and noise. They were all in the kitchen area yelling each other’s names over and over and OVER. Finally an employee sitting at a table reminds them there is a customer in there. They proceeded to be extremely loud and started a conversation about spitting loogies! Not something I want to hear a food person saying while I’m eating the food. I got a bag and put my food in and left. Sandwich was good though ☹️
