well got the rice noodle with grilled pork, will have to say I have had this at a few places and this was the worst by far. meat was very chewy and did not like whatever sauce was on it. they even put chopped cilantro on it. never had a Mexican spice on Vietnamese dish before. the person working didnt understand English very well either took way too long to get him to understand I was there to pick up an order. not busy and likely my order was the only one. would not recommend.

BE CAREFUL ORDERING! Glass noodle spicy salad was so spicy hot, without warning of spice level!! I even asked him what’s in it before ordering. He DID NOT say red pepper flakes or any other serious spice for that matter. He only mentioned “shrimp, noodle, vegetable”. I had to throw it away after about three bites. $15 down the drain. Glad I didn’t tip (expecting to tip afterward).
The Troutdale Station Food Carts is a pretty cool place itself, with huge tables, fans, kid’s activities on the walls, lots of food, drink and desserts to choose from.
Just stay away from Pho Station, unless you want your lips burned off your face.

I ordered grilled lemongrass chicken vermicelli noodles. The chicken was those precooked chicken breast like the Tyson brand had zero lemongrass flavor in it. The noodles was HOT and it was the very thin rice noodles people use to stir fire. The worst vermicelli noodles ever! My 1st 1 start review is posted and I wish I can claim my $15 back.

I would simply skip out on this place. The food is just not good. The chicken was overcooked, hard as a rock and very little of it. Mostly glass noodles which had no flavor.

Man finally a pho cart in Troutdale and I’m very disappointed. It’s not very good. The broth is very sweet/salty and nothing like the classics(pho hung , pho da lat , pho Kim) the brisket was very fatty and no taste to it. The sprouts and other things that come on the plate were almost rotten and expired. I really wish this place was better .
