First of all everyone working there are really nice. Subs are great, just this one time I ordered extra meat and i really don’t think they did. Extra $2.15 and you tell me, is this extra meat? Not gonna stop me from going but won’t waste the extra money for sure.

to give a shout out to JM’s on Fischer Blvd in Tom’s River, NJ. Liz and Dillon are absolutely amazing in their customer service. I give them a 10**** +. I have many allergies and always need the grill cleaned before they make our sandwiches as to avoid contamination. They are gracious, accommodating, polite, understanding the severity of my allergies. I will only go to their JM’s store on Fischer Blvd. They need and deserve to get recognized highly. Employees of the month is a start, but deserve much more.

We had such a great experience at Jersey Mike’s last night (7/9)! The two young men working were SO friendly and welcoming — they greeted us as soon as we walked in and genuinely looked happy to be there, which is so refreshing these days. We had a few questions about the menu and they answered everything with a smile and great attitude. On top of the amazing service, the food was awesome too! Big shoutout to these two — they made our visit memorable, and we’ll definitely be back because of them!

I just cannot EVER go back. $20 for barely 2 pieces thick of turkey. I always go to a different location. I thought they would all be the same. Never going to Fisher blvd location again. This is a rip off.

Went in for three sandwiches Sunday morning asked for roast beef and cheese. They gave me turkey and cheese. Luckily I caught it before it was finished being made hard than any meat. The second kid finishing the sandwiches must’ve asked me five times what was on it lettuce, tomato onion, not hard oil and vinegar and mayo on the side
Then the manager proceeds to yell at the kid in front of us because he gave us a full container of mayo for three sandwiches with hardly any meat and the attitude there is horrible. I would never go back.
I’m Not a fan of chain, restaurants or deli shops as it is do yourself a favor go five minutes down the road, not even and go to Driftwood deli more meat. Better bread, better service no attitude.
The kid that sliced the lunchmeat had a horrible attitude if I’m bothering you Because you have to do a little work, I’ll go somewhere else

This is our go-to place in town for great quality subs that are always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is always inviting and fun. During our last visit I was completely impressed and brought to tears on how much this staff cares about their customers. My dad was on life support in the ICU and we needed a quick bite before heading back to the hospital. The two staff members working saw how upset and exhausted my husband and I were and decided to bless us with a meal. These two went beyond exceptional customer service taking the time to notice and care. We are so grateful and we look forward to going back and paying it forward. Thank you Jersey Mikes on Fischer Blvd. you are the best!

This Jersey mikes is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. Only downside is they don’t have cheddar cheese but that’s ok. The staff here is SO polite and so kind. They really are some of the best staff I’ve seen around. Very friendly and welcoming every single time I come into the store, just for that alone this place gets 5 stars. Of course the subs are delicious, but my main reason for the review is for the staff, they really are amazing 🙂
