I tried this place for the first time today. They have lunch specials, and even though I hadn’t called in an order (because they didn’t answer), service was quick. My daughter wanted soup with her meal, and got an egg roll, just like I did, so was a bit disappointed. The egg rolls were delicious. Her sesame chicken was good, but my “Chicken and Chinese vegetables” didn’t have any special taste. It wasn’t bad, it just didn’t have much flavor at all. The vegetables included a generous variety including: carrots, bamboo, cabbage, onions, water chestnuts and snow peas, and were done perfectly, not overcooked. For lunchtime, meals were served with rice included in the same container, which was handy. We will be back, but I am ordering something else.

Do yourself a favor and order your food to be made “spicy” to get an extra pop of flavor!
The fried rice was on point. The lo mein could have been sauced a little more.
The Rangoon were less sweet and more funky and sour…very good, though.

Unfortunately, we have had a really mediocre first visit, the food was bland, not cooked enough, and the rice tasted like plastic. I generally like to give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt, so we attempted again this past weekend. For our order we called our order in, the person taking the order says “ok, one hour” I said, “oh wow, an hour ok.” She confirmed again, “yes, yes, one hour.” I understand that sometimes places are busy and was not starving, so we waited. We arrive almost exactly one hour later and our food was cold and soggy from sitting for much longer than food in a container should be. I cannot recommend this restaurant. I included a picture of the extremely untasty sweet and sour chicken that was ordered. We will not be back.

So, I walk in and the 3 cooks were either sitting at a table on their phone, or standing on their phone.
They were obviously bored, weird
When I got home and ate my pork fried rice, I noticed that it was barely pork fried rice.
I feel like this restaurant may be hurting a little, because the meat portions were basically non existent.

Food here is always great and the staff is beyond friendly. They make you feel so welcome. The restaurant interior could definitely use an update, but the food is so good that it really doesn’t matter.

Stopped in for the first time in several years. Was always my favorite when I lived nearby. Ordered the Hunan Combination, my go-to. While the price had gone up quite a bit (understandable these days), the quality was amazing as I remember. Huge shrimp and good amount of meat. Excellent spices.
Handed to me within 5 minutes of my order. Will be back again soon, even though it’s a bit of a drive now!

Couldn’t even ask any questions. The lady took the phone yelled at me about being busy and tried to just force me to take what was easy for her. Definitely wouldn’t go to a place with that kind of attitude towards a customer.

Always a great meal! I usually order the sesame chicken dinner combo. The combos are definitely the best value, they include your entree, rice, and an egg roll.
The old egg roll recipe was better than the current version, but then again I like the more pungent cabbage style egg rolls. None the less they had great texture and a good crunch. I’ve been told the shrimp eggs are the other recipe…

I’m new to the area and had yet to try a place for Chinese. King’s Wok was great! Staff was super friendly and my to-go order came out quick. I also loved their crab rangoon! Usually other places have so much breading on top, but theirs is folded into triangles so you get more crab and cream cheese. They will definitely be my go-to takeout place!
