The food was really good. The kids loved their food which was the chicken, and the spaghetti with meatballs. This place will always on our radar when looking for a place to eat. I had the BBQ chicken and it was awesome. The noodles were a bit undercooked but I would get it again. However some feedback is needed. 1. We went on a Monday around 1pm and there was hardly anyone there and the floors were a mess. You would think that with the spare time that you would see someone attempting to clean up. With the floors being a mess, I wonder what the bathrooms might look like? You can check the photos. The tables were not wiped and some of the chairs were sticky. 2. The person taking our orders had a scowl on his face the entire time. He was very unapproachable. But other than that the food saved this place.

Kenzie absolutely made my day at Noodles & Company! She’s so sweet and upbeat, and her customer service is amazing. She had my order perfect and got everything out fast, even with a line. She just has that vibe that makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Give this girl a raise!

The staff did not have manners, and you could tell they were pretty much “annoyed” to be at work. They did not help me out with what I needed and made me feel like a burden when I am the customer, they are at their JOB. Just overall poor customer service and laziness. Won’t be going to this location anymore. Manager was the same way.

So…I ordered through Uber Eats. I started with the Mac and cheese. It was god awful. Basically elbows with some cheese melted over part of it. Bleah.
I moved onto the cheesy bread appetizer which was also pretty bad. One bite and I was done.
Not expecting much I moved onto the Japanese pan noodles with tofu and vegetables. Most excellent! It elevated a one star review to 3 stars. Nice little kick and tofu cooked perfectly.

Awful. Worst one I’ve been to. Steak was gross. Chicken is the pressed fake garbage. The sauce and salad dressing was practically non existent. Didn’t put the extra alfredo that I ordered in the bag. Definitely not worth the $40 I paid for it. Will never be back
