We recently had dinner at BJ’s Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga, and what started as a simple night out turned into an unforgettable evening thanks to Hailey. Her attention to detail, friendly personality, and dedication to making sure we were comfortable and happy elevated the entire experience. Hailey’s warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel valued as guests, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
It’s rare to find someone who can genuinely transform an ordinary dinner into a memorable occasion, but Hailey did exactly that. If BJ’s wants every customer to walk away with such a positive impression, they need to promote her to manager immediately. Because of her outstanding service, we will absolutely be returning — and honestly, it’s Hailey who will keep us coming back. She is a true asset to the BJ’s team and embodies what great hospitality should be.

Great PIZZA! but order before your hungry because great pizzas take time to make. About an hr. But we were so hungry it went fast. With lots of left overs to take home. Get some appetizers. They’re unsauced wings and pepperoni chips are a great unhealthy snack option too.

Ordered the meat pizza. At first, when our pizza was brought out to us, we weren’t sure because the crust seemed to be hard and overcooked. However, the crust turned out to be crunchy, light and perfect for this style of pizza. The only drawback to the pizza is there wasn’t enough sauce on it (barely any).

First time here, We sat down at 6:00 put our order in and ordered appetizer pizza chips, at 6:30 I asked how much longer and the lady says let me check and takes about 5 minutes to come back and let us know another 15 minutes I was like omg really, she was like yea do you want me to place it to go? I said no. I just thought it would have been out by now. At least our appetizer. She said no with our to go orders the kitchen is backed up. There was literally no one in the restaurant. This is ridiculous. We will not be back here should have been to mountain mikes.

Very friendly and the BEST pizza in Rancho Cucamonga. Hot Pizza, Cold Beer, Great Music, NFL Sunday Ticket so you can always see your team play. It doesn’t get any better than this. OH WAIT ! ! Their Baked Beans are AMAZING ! ! You can order them with a sandwich or just by themselves.

Horrible experience Very disappointed. Came here because it had a good rating on google but it didn’t live up to the rating. Server told us pizza cogood amoun of sauce on it but the lie detector determined that was a lie. Pizza was dry and had absolutely no flavor at all. We also ordered the wings and Philly cheesesteak that were also disappointing. Wings were super soft and had no sauce whatsoever. They put sliced yellow cheese on the philly which also had no flavor. The best part of the whole meal was the beer . Don’t waste your time or money coming to this establishment. You can trust my rating. I’m a Master Chef. They do not deserve a 4.7 ⭐️ More like 1/2 ⭐️.
