Sandwiches were put together nicely and all custom toppings were added however both sandwiches lacked meat. I got the Unwich but it was really light on the meat. The sandwich on the other hand had even less meat only had about 2–3 slices of turkey, and one half barely had any at all. Tiffany is such a sweetheart. I had a gift card and it was not working when swiping. SHE WAS INCREDIBLY PATIENT. She swiped my card as well as typed in the number and still did not work. She tried on last time to type it in and it worked! I just met her and she was so kind and patient. I hope you know how hard that is to find nowadays. SLAY TIFFANY.

Wow… Literally working 0.7 miles away from store and they said we’re not if their delivery range?!?! That’s crazily pathetic, not even a full mile! Freaky Fast?? Yeah cuz they only deliver to u if they can see u from their front window I guess! Wow….

Great sub shop. Love utilizing the app. My order is always perfect. Picked up my sub today and it was straight out of a magazine. It was made to perfection. Seriously! Perfect balance and blend. It was ready to go when I arrived! Plus the staff is always friendly and professional. Highly recommend and thanks for making delicious sandwiches.

I placed an order for delivery to have some sandwiches delivered to my home. I’m not able to get out of the house at the moment because I suffer from a brain disorder and I’m having mobility issues.
45 minutes later I call asking where my food is, and they tell me they forgot. Guess I’ll starve.

This is easily the worst Jimmy Johns store I’ve ever experienced. Has been for years. At least they’re not as slow with deliveries anymore. But our food order is either wrong or missing something nearly half the times we order. We’ve been very understanding and only called a few times when our order was severely messed up. But just received yet another order that was missing an item. I never leave reviews, but this store truly sucks.

When ordering with the app, I’m forced to use this location, which I always try to avoid!
Food is always made incorrectly, delivery is slow (45 mins or more) and I only live about two miles away.
I can order two wraps and somehow both are made wrong, 50/50 chance here guys. Just go to the Clawson store if you can, they don’t mess up. Just don’t know how to get them to deliver to me.

I would not recommend this location if you can help it. Delivery has often taken more than 45 minutes (we don’t live far…), they never EVER cut our sandwiches in half despite our requests, and one time we were given severely underbaked bread. I wish I had taken a picture of it. My husband used to work at JJ and said they would have thrown that bread away. It definitely tasted worse too. Overall this location is consistently disappointing to the point that I’m now writing this review.

I ordered a simple sub and chips for lunch at around 2pm when I was working from home. Took 50+ minutes for the food to be delivered and when it finally got to me there was only lettuce and cheese on my sub. When I called they were very nice about it and told me they’d send me another but it’s been another 40-50 minutes without a sub. I called and cancelled the order and they were very nice again and refunded my order but it makes no sense that I would have to wait 50 minutes AGAIN for a mistake they made.
