I came in and place the order for Cajun fries ( cajun on the side). First the lady came in and gave me fries with Cajun. I told her I order a fries with Cajun on the side. Then I got my fries. I drove home and open my fries there is just 1 pinch of Cajun there they charge me (.75$) for Cajun. When I called to complain They cannot refund that money to my card evan they want me to dive 10 minutes to get .75$. I asked for the manager. The manager was not their they were short staff and it might take coupe of days to get the manager there. With that less of Cajun I did not like the fries I have to throw it away.

The inside was so disgusting and one of the girls was so rude and had no business or patience dealing with customers. The girl with the facial tattoos was the only professional one in there and probably the only one holding the whole place together. The wings were nasty though.

This manager was in his phone put his phone into his pocket didn’t wash his HANDS & started making my pizza. I immediately asked for an refund they told me I have to wait 7 business days the money will go back to my card, well it’s 11-5–23 still funds aren’t on my card… I will never eat here again

I literally walked in had a order to pick up, I tell the cashier she tells me to hold on walks to the back and turns around and helps the next customers who walked in and didn’t even really try to acknowledge me. That is so rude, and disrespectful to disregard someone like that. I couldn’t tell if she was being racist or just blatantly didn’t care because the people that came in clearly was more important. I’ll never accept or place an order here another day of my life. Disgusting customer service.

I get sliders once or twice per week, they are great. One time I tried to order nuggets, but they were undercooked and breading had turned to mush in bottom of box so I’m scared to try anything new. Fries are always really good.

I would never use this location! I made a $68 order, when I received the order it was missing, 1 sandwich, 1 drink, was told the milkshake we ordered wasn’t available so they replaced it with 2 Pepsi’s instead of give our money back. I then called up and spoke with Maria who was very nice and said she would fix it all(make the sandwich, give the drink and give the $6 back for the shake). When we went back the guy at the front was extremely rude, didn’t give the drink or the money back, argued with the person sent to retrieve the order. Consider using another location.

Went there on 11-10-24, I was the first person to order in line, and they took 20 minutes to make my order. They ended up handing me the wrong item, and then I had to wait another 15 minutes for my food to be ready. They offered me no credit, or anything to make the lengthy experience right. The burgers here seem smaller than I remember. It was a lot of money for such a small amount of food, coupled with the terrible experience, I probably won’t be returning here.
