The first time I visited, I stood in line for several minutes without a single employee acknowledging my presence—or the presence of the other customers waiting around me. What made it worse was watching someone walk in after us and immediately receive service and attention while those of us who had been waiting were completely ignored. It was frustrating, embarrassing, and honestly baffling.
Despite that experience, I decided to give Anthony’s another opportunity by trying their delivery service. Big mistake. The food arrived 30 minutes later than the original estimated time and was ice cold. There’s nothing worse than opening a pizza box only to find something that feels like it’s been sitting out for hours.
I reached out to Anthony’s to share my concerns. The only response I received was a simple “I’m sorry.” No offer to make it right. No effort to redo the order or send out a fresh, hot pizza. I wasn’t even asking for a refund—just basic customer service and some accountability.
This business clearly does not value its customers. Between being ignored in person and receiving cold, late food with zero follow-up, it’s obvious customer service is not a priority here. Be prepared to be treated poorly. Save your money and support an establishment that actually respects and takes care of its customers.
Upon getting home the pizza was cold. Not slightly warm, not lukewarm. It was stone cold.
Not a problem we thought , we will eat the Mr. Potato Extreme Shoestrings and Arancini we also ordered. Unfortunately no luck with these either. The “Shoestrings” were cheap frozen non shoestring fries out of a bag. No beer cheese to be seen and 5 bits of bacon. I’ve had better fries at the International airport in Guadalajara, MX. Ok, maybe the Arancini will save this miserable experience. NOPE! These were gross and underwhelming too. Not to mention, not as advertised on the menu.
These “restaurants” to use that term very loosely here need to realize people have many choices for food. Do yourself a favor everyone, don’t make this place yours.
Disgusting fry picture attached.
Stuffed bread was as expected.
