There are a few great employees and 1 amazing manager but I have to give the location a 1 as when those 3-4 are not there it’s disgusting, and talk about rude unbelievable. And they try to make you out to be a liar when your food is trash. All it would take is a cleaning house hire some employees that can make food and have a customer service attitude. We are done there after this last time, and how it was delt with. And to add Our neighbors normally order weekly and tip huge large orders, well the driver took 45 min to go a 7 min drive, then their next order they cut them off said too far a drive, it’s literally 7min, then it became an argument with the Employees yelling at them, as they do and then hang up on you. I myself have been hung up on 2-3 times when I called to report a nasty pizza, soon as you say something is wrong they hang up after telling you no it’s fine. The most ridiculous location in town to deal with. We were regulars the good guys know us, and it’s sad as they always helped and made a great pizza, but we can’t support this location anymore after today’s treatment.

Specialty wings look like tots. When I took the back the attitude from the main associate (I think the manager) was rude and dismissive. Not returning. With all the competition, including the new Little Caesars, I expect kindness and professionalism.

Dominos pizza is our go to for a quick and tasty dinner. Very goood value for what you’re getting. Can’t comment on the delivery as we always pick it up ourselves.

My order was started at 8:47pm on the app and I finally got my order at 9:34 pm, I have proof my order wasn’t started till later when I finally went in the Lakewood branch and my order just getting make to cook , ONLY ONE ON DUTY THAT USED TO BE A DRIVER AND ONE DRIVER ON DUTY ALSO , THE COCKY DRIVER THAT CASHED ME OUT TWO TIMES BEFORE I WENT THERE , I’m done with the Lakewood dominos , ILL BE ORDERING FROM 2nd street from now on if I even order from them again , POOR MANAGEMENT AT THE LAKEWOOD STORE , DOSENT HAVE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES ON DUTY TO KEEP THE BUSINESS GOING

They gave me the wrong order. I contacted corporate. They gave me the local one. And hung up on me after refusing to believe the order was wrong. I did not order this. Sub was rock hard. Pizza so thin a piece of paper was thicker

Completely rude.. depending on who you get. Generally speaking, Food is fast and fresh if you pick up. One guy in particular…has no manners and I was scolded for picking up my pizza later than he was happy with ♂️never ever thought that would be an issue. Other employees won’t even look up when you’re at the counter. Standing there waiting to be acknowledged is annoying and unprofessional. It costs nothing to say Hi, hello.. how are you or can I help you!?

The Best pizza I’ve had from Domino’s, The young name name Zane is a great cook , IVE GOTTEN PIZZA A FEW TIMES WHEN HE IS WORKING AND HE DOES A FANTASTIC JOB AT COOKING PIZZA AND THE OTHER ITEMS ON THERE MENU, UN LIKE THE OLDER GENTLEMAN THAT WORKED ON SUNDAY NIGHT ! Great Job Zane ☁️

i loved the pizza but the wings were really soggy and not edible, i try an get the wings when i order from dominos but there the same every time. you guys need to make sure those wings are cooked and after you fry them maybe grill them then re-sause it as you go but terrible how they are now.
