This location is a mixed bag, as I have been here a few times before. Their 20pc meal deal used to be a bargin at $16.99, most recently now it’s $19.99 and the pieces seem much smaller. To make matters worse on this trip I only got 16 of the 20 pieces. (I contacted their customer service about this) They seem much more interested in asking customers to fill out surveys than providing their customers with the actual services they requested. As others have stated, wait times can be brutal, from watching them work I think a lot of messing around goes on. The few times I have been there I almost never see the same worker twice which makes me wonder how well they treat or pay workers at this location. I compare that to a Culver’s just down the road where you regularly see the same workers visit after visit. Not a great look for WingStop when they are currently valued at over $7.5 Billion market cap on the stock market. Lots of improvement needed here.

I will weigh in on this Wingstop. The food is very good and a bargain. The issues reported in other reviews are due to what appears to be a serious underestimate of whoever put this outlet in, for the sheer volume they would experience at certain times. We went on Sunday evening around 9PM and the place was absolutely overwhelmed. The kitchen/cooking area is simply inadequate to the orders, and looking it over, there is no way to fix that in the space available. NOBODY could make this place ‘cook the food faster’. It’s just not set up for it. Frantic, argumentative Doordashers with orders for entire extended families (one such backed their rusty SUV right up over the sidewalk, coming within 8 inches of blocking the front door shut! Then got belligerent when asked to move, the staff probably wisely decided to let it go rather than escalate and probably shut down the facility), people from the exploding hotels/motels across the street, walk-ins like us, and even one couple on what seemed to be a first date!

Our food took I think about 20 minutes and I really cannot fathom how it could possibly have gotten done any sooner. The assembly arrangement is just not, NOT, up to the sheer volume of orders that come in at certain times. I can see how staff gets ‘short’ with complainers. I would too.
The complaints about the bathrooms being ‘dirty’? The Doordashers are using them as pit-stops. Leading to a similar situation one would see at a truck stop. There is NO WAY for the staff to keep up with that, and make food at the same time.
The place makes very good food, it’s simply overwhelmed for the size of the production line at certain times.
I’ll be back, but if Wingstop wants to keep their reputation intact, they need to seriously, SERIOUSLY, consider finding a larger, more efficient space.

Me and my boyfriend went here yesterday night. I’ve never had wingstop before so I thought I would give it a try. We walked in and it seemed a little dirty, but it’s fast food so i’m not going to complain. We get our food and we go home. When we got home everything looked great. I got the 8pc combo with the garlic hot honey and lemon pepper (my boyfriend didn’t get the lemon pepper and he is just fine). I also got the cajun fries. When I took a bite of the lemon pepper wing, it tasted funky. It was spicier than the hot honey and honestly just tasted off. I continued to eat them though. A few hours later my stomach starts hurting which isn’t unusual for me. however, the pain started to get unbearable. I ended up having diarrhea (which isn’t unusual as well for me after eating fast and spicy food) I felt better and I went to bed like normal. Morning comes around and I am in so much pain and start throwing up. I have been throwing up all day which leads me to believe I got food poisoning from this location. I have been around no one that’s had any sort of stomach sickness. In conclusion, I do not recommend this location! I am slowly recovering.

I love wingstop but why do they have to be so slow! Even after I order my food, spent almost 100 on them, even had to travel far because we don’t have a wingstop in our town. It also gave me a time when it would be done. I was already running 15mins behind because we live far, just to be told that it won’t be done for another 30mins very disappointed…

Me and my husband decided to try wings for the first time, I was very disappointed because place is dirty and don’t wear gloves to make the food, The girl that was smoking outside came inside started making fries no wash hands and no gloves. Why so hard for people to wear gloves.

The atmosphere inside smelled like work boots. Staff was backed up 30 minutes & still managed not to complete my order (ordered a combo with fries that weren’t in the bag) but i guess thats my fault for not checking the bag before i left. After being the remaining order for about 5 minutes you would expect the staff to ensure they had your order completed and correct to accommodate for the wait.

We (2 people) should up for a late lunch not realizing that this Wingstop location had only been open for only three days. The food was good, portions were adequately sized. The service was friendly and good. The big question mark was the amount of time it took us to get our food. It was two orders of wings and two sides with drinks and it took 31 minutes from ordering to receiving our food. Now this may be because of being newly oponed with all new employees or not. I have not yet been back to see about the time it currently takes for the time to receive your order for dine in customers. I hope that time delay has been improved. If so I would give the business/location five stars.

my food was half assed. The workers don’t wear any gloves? Are we not afraid of salmonella or many other diseases that occurs with chicken or raw food? This is so very unacceptable. They were in a rush and didn’t even know how to handle that… no one on register, no gloves, no welcome in? So half ass food, half ass service, what else? Everyone a mess touching everything with their hands that were not washed. Touched raw chicken just to go back and touch cooked chicken? Unacceptable. Management is horrible. How is this place or maybe other wingstop places not shut down yet? It sucks!!
