Went to Miller’s last night with some girlfriends for an early dinner. There was a little wait but no big deal. This is a newer location so it’s to be expected. Our server JOHN was amazing. Shouting you out John like I said I would!!! Super cool and funny with a great personality. We ordered shrimp and fries, prime rib, chicken tenders and veggies with mashed potatoes. Everything was delish!! There was a little mix up in size with the prime rib but John was on it and worked everything out! Thank you John. Truly appreciated his dedication to make sure our experience was fantastic✨We didn’t have alcohol drinks but our mocktails were delicious. He added a cherry on top to make it picturesque Even our waters had a cherry on top Overall, nice experience. Definitely a vibe. The music was on point!! Will be back

We tried this place because of previous visits to an Ale House in the Sanford, Fl. area. We really enjoyed the atmosphere here, the sports decor, and the number of televisions. Our server Deaven was very good. My original review was not good due to the poor quality of our food. We decided to give them a second chance due to the restaurant having just opened. I am so glad we did because this time everything was perfect! Our server (Brianne) was outstanding. She catered to all of our needs, and was so pleasant while serving us. It gave me a whole new opinion about this place. We had wings, they were great, the onion rings were excellent, and the house salad was so good. We will definitely return. Thank you Ale House for a great afternoon

Really excited to try the in dining experience. We had some to go earlier once they opened at it was good. This trip was mostly a good one. Every staff member was friendly and helpful at first. A couple hiccups ordering cocktails were either the server keyed in them wrong or heard us wrong. Nevertheless, both drinks were wrong but we accepted what we got and they were decent. We ordered wings as an app since they were on special for Wednesday and they were solid and something we’d ordered again. Of the 3 of us we ordered a filet, ribeye and chicken parm with fettuccine alfredo. Steaks were closer to medium than mid rare but surprisingly tasty for a chain restaurant. Better than Outback which is impressive. My chicken parm was fried to perfection and a nice portion overall. My feedback is the service was mediocre at the end. There were times we were left waiting in between the server checking on us. Once we finished eating, it was over 30 minutes. There were multiple managers making rounds but not table touching and checking in. I eventually flagged one done so we could get some boxes. Seems to be plenty of employees for the service to be at a 5 stars but execution is flat. Would love to make this a regular visit and hope to see service improvements. Still worth a try if you haven’t yet.

Happy it’s finally open! Got the $7.99 French onion and salad lunch special and it was delicious. Also got the pretzel which was good but the cheese was cold. The mustard was really good. Service was friendly and the place was packed. Can’t wait to come watch some sports

Edit: came back on a Friday night and horrible service and food was horrible. Wings were mushy. Fries were cold and stale and looked like we were served the bottom of the bag. Motz sticks tasted mushy instead of crispy. Tasted microwaved. Very disappointed. Service was also very much lacking yet there were managers and girls in maroon shirts literally just standing around with their hands behind their back while my server struggled with basic tasks.

Edit: 11/1/25 thank you to manager Ted for reaching out

We waited a short time to visit the newly opened Miller’s Ale House in Ocala. This is the second Miller’s in Ocala. Although we have never visited the older location north of this location. We did visit another Miller’s in south Florida earlier in the year.
We gave them a little time to sort out the new opening issues, before trying this new Miller’s location out. We visited on a cloudy day in November, 2025 for lunch. It wasn’t overly busy, but it was also earlier in the day, on a weekday. Nights and weekends may be different.
The staff were friendly and we had no issues to speak of. Our server did a great job. The building seemed clean and in good shape. Of course I would expect nothing else from a brand new building/establishment.
My only issue had to do with lighting. It was a cloudy day at lunch time. Yet the inside lighting was extremely low, with most of the blinds closed. The blinds on the building front were open. Unfortunately my seat faced the front. As such, I could not see a whole lot inside the building. Instead I spent my whole lunch squinting from being blinded by the cloud light. The building inside was so dark, there was little offset from the outside light blinding me.
The good news was that the food was good. They have different specials daily and also three regular lunch specials available weekdays between 11am-4pm. Prices as always are subjective to different folks opinions. Obviously the specials are less expensive. I personally found the prices somewhat reasonable. Obviously they could be cheaper. In this age where prices rise higher and higher for less and less quality and/or less quantity. This Miller’s at this time seemed reasonable to me. You may feel different.
All in all, we found Miller’s to offer a decent experience with decent food at a decent price. I guess I can’t ask for much more.

Miller’s never disappoints. The food is consistently really good. The cheese sticks and pot stickers are our go to for appetizers. The prime rib is wonderful. During our most resent visit, Hollyn was our waitress. She was super sweet and attentive. Thank you.

I had a fantastic experience at Miller’s Ale House! The atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming. Carly, the manager, was incredibly friendly and made sure we would enjoy our experience. She really sets the tone for great service and runs the place like a pro.

Our bartender, Ashley, was amazing, super attentive, personable, and made some of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time. She kept everything moving smoothly even when the bar was packed, and somehow remembered everyone’s orders without missing a beat.

A special shoutout to Coach Ryan, who brings so much energy and positivity to the place! You can tell he truly cares about both the staff and the guests. His friendly attitude and great conversation made our night even better.

The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious (the zingers were perfect as always), and the service was top-notch from start to finish. You can really tell this team enjoys what they do.

If you’re looking for a fun, welcoming spot with great food, cold drinks, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, Miller’s Ale House is the place to go. Big thanks to Carly, Ashley, and Coach Ryan for making it such a memorable visit, we’ll definitely be back soon!
