I had a big order and my regular chicken is spicy. That’s happened more than once. I did not get my side and I did not get my sauce. This Popeyes used to be good.

The customer service here gets worse and worse. I was given a Popeye gift card . I used it once in the store but when I try to go back and use my card , I’m told I can’t use the gift card because they don’t accept gift cards which doesn’t make sense since I used it prior and the in-store kiosk has gift cards as a payment option. Not to mention the staff was rude , attitude and threw my food on counter instead of putting it in my hands with an attitude. I won’t be here again it’s sad to see individuals don’t value their customers or jobs honestly.

Ordered delivery thru door dash. Driver was told my drink was in the bag. It wasn’t. Order was also missing the biscuit. Called the store. The only response I got was “do you want to come get them”. hours say they close for 12am, got there at exactly 11pm, just for them to tell me they’re closed ? um okay.. passed the window to see 3-4 workers just chilling, laughing. had to go to the one up barataria (with the same hours), where their customer service was amazing.

Most of the people who work there are ok. Hardly ever see the same people who work there. The prices have jumped way to high. Lil cup of beans, potatoes etc. When from like 1.79 which was high as they only give you one little scoop. Now the prices are like 3.79 for a tiny cup. . I made my own potatoes salad n brought it with me. Always ask if they have a coupon. The keep them under the counter

Was there yesterday to pick up a mobile order the young lady at the drive-through window has absolutely no manners The simple fact that I purchased food from this restaurant which Actually pays her salary. But I blame it on management and their hiring process. I will never spend another dollar at that restaurant again. Good luck, Popeyes

This is the second time I came home with a 16 PC order and only got a 12 PC. I go to this location because it’s close to my home and been coming here for years. The service has been declining and for the price of a family feast I shouldn’t have to drive back for 4 more pieces of chicken that should have been with the 16 PC I ordered. I will drive further and no longer going to this location.
