We were served by a young lady named Cheyenne, that threw meat on our sandwich like she was upset and then goes on to ring us up incorrectly charging us over 40$ for two subs!?!? And when we go back up to ask for a refund we get another receipt that was just another charge for food we didn’t get. Was supposed to be a refund she opened the cash drawer and acted like we gave her cash for two subs and shut the drawer and told us the money would be loaded back onto our account. As we look further into it we called later that night and she told us the manager would be in tomorrow morning around 10am and we would get a cash refund. We show up theirs no manager were greeted by a very nice lady and she’s apologetic after hearing the situation the young lady cheyenne was supposed to leave the receipt under the keyboard. Did not, hoping to call back later and get a refund back by the manager. 2 days later.. they’re trying to give us a 15 dollar gift card instead of the refund still!!! We spent 15 dollars off a gift card plus 26 bucks for 2 subs?? And y’all only gonna refund the gift card

Had Natalie make my pizza and literally the best experience I’ve ever had at subway. She was so friendly, considerate and made my pizza perfect especially after a bad experience at a different subway. That lady needs a raise or higher position she’d be great in management.

I went in for a sandwich this afternoon. It was a heavier girl that helped us out I didn’t catch her name . The way she was doing our subs was so discussing. Tossing the lettuce & veggies as if she was feeding a dog with anger. Squeezing the mayo to the point it looked like a mound in the same spot. I had already asked her once politely to please spread the veggies & she looked at me straight in the eyes with an evil intent of what she knew she was doing. I paid out of respect to not cause a scene but I am very disappointed.

Young woman who prepared my sandwich was in a bad mood and literally drenched my Italian sandwich with 2 sauces when I said one only. I took my sandwich home. It took me 6 paper towels to absorb all the sauce that kept running out. If I squeezed my sandwich sauce ran out. Second time I’ve tried thos Subway. Won’t go there again. Other Subways have been great.

I had a good experience here. It wasn’t the best subway in the world but it wasn’t horrible either. I was skeptical at first, when we first pulled up all the employees were outside squatting on the curb and it REEKED of skunk, however, when we went in and ordered the servers were friendly and professional. They made a mean sandwich and I can’t complain at all about the experience. The ingredients were fresh and they honored the coupons at this location. The sandwiches were delicious. Overall I thought it was an excellent experience.

I can see that many people have had negative experiences but I can attest to having a great subway experience here and it was everything I would expect and desire from a subway. Overall I would recommend this restaurant.

The service there completely sucks!! We ordered ahead to have two foot long sandwiches made for a certain time for pickup. We arrived three minutes after the pickup time and the sandwiches weren’t even made or ready yet. It took the teenage staff of three ten minutes to make two sandwiches and after we got home, they weren’t even the right sandwiches we ordered. We ended going back to complain to the teenage staff that they messed up making the sandwiches. They remade the sandwiches but when asked to comp us two bag of chips, they refused. It will be a while before we visit this location again. The app sucks and so does this subway franchise!!

I’ve been to this location every now and then over the course of a couple years or so, and it feels like it hasn’t gotten better. Every time I go the food is usually messed up somehow. Today, my boyfriend and I ordered two foot longs and a cookie. He had to go back in and get the cookie, cause they forgot to put it in the bag, and the woman he interacted with wasn’t very friendly until she understood he just needed the cookie and then she was nice. We get back home, I asked for red vinegar and less onions on my sandwich, it has regular onions and no red vinegar. He asked for regular mayo, parmesan, oil and vinaigrette and oregano on his and they gave him less mayo and none of those other toppings. It’s just frankly disappointing and we aren’t trying to drive all the way back to the store to get our sandwiches fixed and thought things would’ve gotten better by now, so we didn’t think we’d need to check our sandwiches in the car cause they were fairly simple. Please get better y’all we’re just trying to eat the food we asked and paid for.
