I had such a wonderful experience at Bulla Gastrobar! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious, and everything felt fresh and full of flavor.
But what truly made the visit special was the service. Charles was amazing — attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. He made us feel so comfortable and taken care of from the moment we arrived. His energy and professionalism really elevated the whole experience.

Great visit – and first one in Miami, but we’ve visited the Atlanta locations several times. Food is always fantastic. Typical tapas style is a win. We had lamb, mushrooms, with chorizo, and grilled octopus, but the bite of the night was the gambas al ajillo. Our waitress Chiara was fantastic. She made great food recommendations and was delightful all evening! It’s loud, but that’s part of the fun and energy.

There really need to be more restaurants like this all over Miami. Everything was absolutely spectacular. Starting with the fact that you don’t have to pay for parking — it’s completely validated, which in Miami is basically a luxury.
We were a group of 12, and splitting the bill was completely stress-free. Everyone was able to pay for their own items easily using their system. It’s super advanced — honestly way ahead of most restaurants in Miami. We were genuinely impressed.
On top of that, the food was amazing and the service was outstanding. In less than two weeks, my group of girlfriends and I have already been three times. Because there’s nothing better than great food, great service, no parking fees, and zero hassle when it comes to paying and splitting the check. Absolutely WONDERFUL.

Had dinner at Bulla Gastropub in Doral and really enjoyed it! The Ensalata de Pulpo was super fresh and flavorful, the Bisteca a la Parrilla was cooked just right, and the cream of butternut squash was rich and comforting. The Sangria Roja was just okay — nothing special, but still refreshing. Service was a bit slow, but the chill, upbeat atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the evening. Overall, great spot for Spanish tapas and good vibes. Would definitely come back!

Best tapas outside of Barcelona. Great sangria and lemonade besides the delicious food, and our server Julia was the best. Would have preferred to have been seated inside instead on sidewalk next to busy street but we didn’t have a reservation. Was a pain to park but they do validate the garage nearby. Reasonably priced with extensive menu I will make a reservation next time because they were busy on a Thursday night.

We had an amazing experience at Bulla, and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Armando. He was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations, checked on us at the perfect times without being intrusive, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted. His positive attitude and professionalism really elevated the whole dining experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service.
